EATING WHATEVER/WHENEVER AND NOT GAINING WEIGHT

Hey there! I felt inspired to write this post after having the most delicious meal! You see, I do not gain weight even though I eat whatever, whenever in whatever quantities I like! But I was not always like this. I too used to gain weight when falling off the diet wagon. I used to neurotically diet and excessively exercise until I decided I'd rather be overweight and happy than skinny and miserable. And yeah, I did become overweight but was even more miserable. It took me three years to finally execute a quantum jump into a reality where I could eat all I wanted and maintain a slender figure. I live in a size two body and thrive on whatever foods I choose.

I believe we look exactly how we expect to look. You expect to see extra pounds in the mirror and that is what you'll find! Our minds are beyond poisoned with all the differing views on food and all the diet advice around us. Food is not evil! Neither Sara Lee nor Hostess of Blue Bird are out to get you! We do not have to survive on kale and carrots to be healthy, slender and fit. I do not follow any type of diet not even eating intuitively. I sometimes eat out of anger and anxiety but most of the time from a place of joy and gratefulness.

How did I accomplish such a quantum jump? I planted the seed of possibility in my mind, covered all the mirrors at home, visualized myself exactly how I wanted to look, worked hard on being grateful about any kind of food I ate even if I felt i shouldn't and avoided guilt at all costs. Sounds easy but it was really hard since my core beliefs around food were very negative and obsessive. But most importantly I realized I create my reality and that included my physical reality. The manifestation occurred very quickly after I stopped feeling guilty after eating the food I "shouldn't".

I remember after being done with my meals I would "feel fat". Now i never feel fat, I "feel full" and know that feeling will go away after my body is done with its due processes.

In summary: consider the possibility, avoid all negative information about food, avoid mirrors and the scale, eat whatever you want with joy and avoid guilt at all costs, visualize you perfect self however unreal it might seem at first. Whenever you have time to daydream, relax and imagine that alternate reality where you are at the weight you wish to be. Be sure to visualize yourself being slim and eating anything and everything.

Awesome post. This came at the right time for me because I have been struggling with my weight at the moment and don't really want to diet.  I think it is so ingrained in my mind that I must diet and exercise. I had been asking for a sign that it was possible to just be able to eat whatever I want and not gain weight and here it is!!!!!

I promise you it is possible! Read FREEDOM FROM FOOD: A Quantum Weight Loss Approach by author Patricia Bisch. I also recommend her subliminal cd. I listened to it until I knew it by heart. The truth is diets don't work long term, they just make us miserable!

Actually, I should clarify. I knew it was possible but I wanted to hear from someone who has used it successfully.

I will check out that book.

Dear BlackMageLulu,

I know your post is from a while ago but you have been a big motivator for me to believe that it is possible to achieve freedom from food.
May I ask how you are doing now? I am currently going through this but I was really wondering if you have any advice/guidance. Since it's such a mental and personal process and very much something to do on your own because no one else can do it for you. How did you get through it? How did you manage to not lose your mind/focus? Or did you talk about it to anyone? And how did you lose the guilt? And were you very set on your ideal body(no matter what you previously thought about ''genetics'' or whatever idea of ''body types'' like even if it seemed too good to be true you still went for that dreambody?)

Being compassionate toward those who are undeserving shows kindness on our part, and therefore not only brings our energy higher, and attracts better things toward us, but also makes a difference in their lives, and brings them happiness and things to be grateful for.
