Masturbation Visualization & Intrusive Thoughts

So I've heard that one of the most powerful ways to attract something is to visualize your desire while masturbating because of the high amount of energy involved. However I have OCD so intrusive thoughts always flood my head during this, since the universe doesn't understand what good or bad thoughts are, is this actually helping to manifest things that I don't desire?

I'm sorry, I don't know much about OCD so I can't help you there.

Do you like to visualize a lot? Another way to do this is to just fantasize about your sexual desire, and then switch your thoughts to your goal. I used to do this and I believe it helps quite a bit (especially if you have an action oriented goal like being more productive at work, sports, etc.) The idea is that when you're feeling super horny, the emotion of love, romance, and sexual desire feels so strong and good and when you mix thoughts of your goal with this feeling, it can rewire your subconscious mind to attract your desire.

I've also heard about thinking of your desire at the moment of orgasm. While I've tried it, I can't say if it helped or not. I prefer not to do it this way cause masturbating and orgasm is more fun to me if the focus is strictly on the sexual fantasy. One thing I've been trying lately is to just focus on the fantasy of a great girlfriend and masturbate. While I'm taking it slow, I'll imagine her saying to me something inspiring like "I think you're wonderful and you always find a way to get the job done." And then after orgasm, in that relaxed blissed-out state of mind, I'll imagine the after-play and her telling me "Go for it! You're always successful at whatever you do. I know you can do it." The idea here is that when we are aroused by romantic and sexual thoughts, our vibrations are high and are subconscious mind is more susceptible to self-suggestion. Only the suggestions I give myself are coming from my idea of the perfect woman....and nothing inspires men more than the adoration of a beautiful woman...or the desire to impress her lol. I'm still experimenting with this, but in the last two days I've felt lots more energy, intuition, and drive to get done a few assignments I've been putting off. Plus, an opportunity came to me that I thought I'd lost....and I found it a few minutes after orgasm and the "talkative" afterglow.

Masturbation is used a lot in magick and spell work – which shares a lot of similar things to LOA (primarily the idea that belief can bring to you anything at all). Google 'sigils' for more information on this.

The idea is that at the moment of orgasm, you can implant things deep into your subconscious because it's one of the only times you're a 'blank canvas' and not filled with self-defeating or limiting beliefs or monkey chatter. Plus, it feels good and you'll associate that idea with feeling good.

While I do understand these concepts, my problem is that when doing this, my mind starts to race and due to my OCD i begin to have intrusive thoughts that I would consider negative. Can these manifest as well, because I do feel when they enter my mind, my feeling automatically goes from feeling positive to negative.

Man I understand what you're talking about, intrusive thoughts have been terrifying me lately, ever since I started LOA, I always had ocd but it's worse than ever now that I know of the LOA, but here are a few things I've learned about.
1. Every person has free will so you cannot affect other peoples or harm them
2. Positives thoughts are a lot more powerful than negative, so you can always replace the negative thoughts with positive and since it takes time to manifest you'd have more than enough time.
3. Also, as long as you don't align with your negative thoughts and are against that thought, it will create resistance and won't let it manifest.

Look up Chaos magick and try using a sigil ? That's what I do and it works (of course if you keep digging in that direction you'll inevitably meet with the concept of True Will and then you'll see that somethings will just not work and some will work extremely well).
