The physical jumped into my reality- advice needed

I had always dated the very successful guy that was unattractive to me. I decided I could have the gorgeous guy with the success too.
2 years ago I wrote a list of traits, emotional and physical that I wanted in a mate.
I met a man about 4 months ago. He ticks ALL the physical and emotional boxes that I wanted. Right down to specifications about his feet and what's in his boxers.  He is electric!
The level of physical detail blew me away. Definitely LOA
Spiritual, amazing, fun, successful, good communicator. We get along so well and I could see us having an amazing, committed relationship.
Okay here is my BUT >>>>>
I wanted someone that had been married before.
I also listed a level of financial comfort/accomplishments that are not there(I see myself being a stay at home partner) These 2 areas are VERY important to me in choosing a mate. I don't see myself helping to build an empire like 2 college kids. We're both close to 40 and doing okay in our careers.
I've read that sometimes these relationships come before the perfect soul mate. Sort of like signs of land...
Has anyone had the experience of meeting someone that was close to IT, releasing them and meeting THE person?
Is this the Universe's way of showing me I'm not ready for that relationship?
Give it more time?
Any advice or anecdotes would be great.
