Also does it matter about what you eat?
i've heard people on the net saying that if you eat sugars it will limit HGH release, but on the other hand people say anything is possible with LOA

Stick to a normal balanced diet. Stop reading stuff for 2 months while you do the LOA program.

Don't overthink. Get started!

No I'm not overthinking but the problem is I don't know what to eat like there's no plan in our house on a balanced diet; I've never eaten a balanced diet in my life im not saying I dont want to its just I dont know what i should eat and what time I should eat at, will it still be ok if I dont eat a balanced diet?

Your social problems in your house are yours to deal with. I'm not interested.

You are already sabotaging your success. Keep talking and asking me questions no mature adult should have to ask when he has resources and a functioning brain. Do this instead of obeying me and getting started on your program, and I'm sure you'll totally screw up your LOA efforts long before the 60 days are up.

Get started now or just get out.

The point is that it doesn't matter really what you eat. What matters is how you THINK/BELIEVE it will benefit you.

If you believe eating spinach will turn you into Popeye than all that is, is a process for your mind to believe you are taking action to better your results.

Its the same with visualizing. Why do we visualize? Well because it makes our mind feel like we are taking the proper steps for our goal. Its reassuring our mind..

Are salads, etc really healthy for you? Or is it because people BELIEVE they are and it's what they have been told?

Its in your mind. Your belief system. So if eating grass makes you feel like you're getting taller than eat some grass!

Lol, Funny and true. And that's the beauty and freedom of it, we can use anything that makes us feel or believe we have our desire, anything, and that makes it sound fun, like Magick.

I used grass to manifest before, and no I didn't eat it. lol (It's color is the same as the color of the heart chakra and the heart of the rainbow)

Lol very true.......... and my weenie dog eats grass all the time to get taller ;)

For height affirmation which is better?

I am 5'6/5'7 and i want to be 6'3. Foe my affirmations should i use and say "i am 6foot 3inches tall(saying), 6'3"(writing)" or should i use and say "i am hundred and ninth two cm tall (saying) or 192cm(writing)" ?
