Very frankly, POL, I am not sure if affirmations are working or not. I use affirmations just when I feel sad and to bounce me back to some positive attitude.
I followed a different approach last few days, I am working on some manifestations that would lead to my big manifestation, which is ex. Like a message from him or I see him in a particular color shirt etc. But thats working quite well. In that case, I either write it down once or think abt it once and then forget about it with the highest hope that "this would absolutely positively going to happen before this day"... Initially I don't set deadline but I am kinda setting up target dates these days and believe its happening.
May be the affirmations I did in the past is working out now. But I am not sure. As I said, I am just writing down affirmations when I feel really bad and need some positive energy.
