HOW TO PLAY?
The day you start the game and the next 15 days you have to repeat an affirmation in your mind. My advice is that you use a simple statement like: I AM BLESSED. So you take 10 minutes in a day where you can sit or lay down, you can even play a relaxing, ambient or any music that make you feel amazing and blessed. You just repeat the affirmation and play in your mind all the past events that made you feel blessed, lucky, joyful, grateful... you can even imagine when your friends were blessed or your family. Even stars. Imagine the joy those people felt when they were blessed. Feel how life can be blessing and awesome. Of course you can and should imagine yourself in an ideal situations: make sure it is general, don't want anything specific. It is not the repetition that is important but the feeling. How would you feel if you were amazingly blessed? Imagine that joy!! Wow. Can you feel it? Like the world is yours. Like everything is just effortless. Like everything is just light and vibrant.

What if you wrote down the affirmation instead of repeating it in your mind? Would the effect be the same?

As I already said it, it's not about saying it or writing it. You have to become what you affirm. Words are meaningles, they have no energy nor power if you just write or say them. Everything is in the intent, in your emotions, feelings, associations you make with what you affirm. So short answer; become what you affirm, feel it, associate with it.

  • intensecity: Yesterday, I did a 30 minute session with me sitting up with my palms up. During the session, I noticed twice that my arms and hand were shaking for a few minutes. I know that RS works every time you do it, but does my arms/hands shaking could be my energy being sent out to my SP?

  • Ankur Sancheti: The Website had space Issue. I had to delete lot of junk accounts and their posts & do database optimization. Without cleaning space the site can not run as it was over utilizing space (113%). Host suspended website till I could clean space. And it takes time to choose junk and clean it. I have my other priorities in life as well.
