If I have been fearing something specific happening and having fearful thoughts about it for about a month now, if I change my thoughts now completely and work on forgetting about it, could the event I’m fearing still manifest even though I’m not thinking about it anymore?

According to some LOA teachers (like Neville Goddard) all you need to do to manifest anything is to live as though you already have it. You must mentally become the person who has what you want and think/see life from that state.

While I understand that, here is what is kind of confusing to me: If this is true, how is it that fear and worry are said to “attract” negative things to you? How is it that anything is “attracted”? Although you may be fearing something specific will happen, you are also simultaneously aware that this thing hasn’t happened yet, therefore you are not fully in the state of having it. And you must be in the state to have it.

Is it just that being in constant fear about the scenario would help you solidify a belief that it’s here?

So I've heard that one of the most powerful ways to attract something is to visualize your desire while masturbating because of the high amount of energy involved. However I have OCD so intrusive thoughts always flood my head during this, since the universe doesn't understand what good or bad thoughts are, is this actually helping to manifest things that I don't desire?

I’m reposting it because I have learned about this method recently and wondered this exact same thing. It doesn’t seem to have gotten answered. Does anyone have an answer?

I’ve posted a similar question here before, but there are still some things I don’t understand about LOA and fear.

If I have fear of something particular happening for awhile but it hasn’t manifested in my reality, if I stop feeling fearful and begin to think positively about the subject instead, would what I feared still manifest since I gave it a lot of energy beforehand, even if I am not fearing it anymore?

In other words, if you  have a negative vibration about a certain subject, do you have unlimited opportunity to stop a negative manifestation regarding this subject from happening, and only don’t have that option anymore after it manifests?

This is similar to my other post in this category, but I was wondering... I know feelings of desperation for your ex and anything negative can stop them  from coming back and stop the relationship from manifesting.

But, would living in the state of having your desired relationship for 30 days (like Superman’s “ex back” game) eliminate all the negative feelings/vibes that would repel the person you are trying to attract contact with and allow them to come to you? Instead of trying to fix your feelings of shame for example, then your feelings of not being good enough, etc. one by one. Does “living in the end” sort of correct all that at once?

Does anybody know any effective ways to release shame? This has been tough for me.

I know things like lack of self love and desperation will stop an ex from coming back into your life if you are not in contact with them because they can feel your energy. But, does anyone know if feeling shame over things that happened in the past with them will stop them from coming back?

There is something I am wondering about... There is a difference between attracting a specific person back into your life who you do not have contact with anymore, and attracting a relationship with them, isn’t there? If you are lacking in self love and feeling unworthy, you could still attract someone into your life, but you most likely would not have a good relationship with them, or the particular relationship you want with them, because they would be reflecting how you feel about yourself. But if you do in fact manage to build up your self love, feelings of worthiness, etc., then when you attract them back into your life, you’d also be in a good position to also attract the good relationship you want with them.

Am I understanding this correctly? It’s two different things.

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but it is something I'm legitimately wondering about at the moment... I have recently come across and have been using techniques that work with the brain hemispheres to reprogram subconscious beliefs quickly. I have found that they actually do work. However, due to having an anxious mind, there are times where I've accidentally thought about things that I do not want to make beliefs while using the techniques, and am wondering if there's any way to tell whether you are subconsciously believing something or not? For instance, if I am worried that I am believing in something particular, would that mean I'm not, since I have the conscious thought of concern about it?

Every single imaginable possibility already exists in a parallel reality, correct? For example, if I have a memory of driving a yellow car, there also exists a variation of the event where I'm driving a blue car? Or a white car? Any change, no matter how small,  exists as a completely separate event?

All time is simultaneous, but I understand we create a timeline for ourselves for experience. So then all possible timelines already exist in all possible sequences?

For those of you familiar with Neville Goddard and his teachings:

From what I understand of Neville's teachings, reality is basically all imagination. If this is the case, what did he mean when he said that other people can either accept or reject whatever we choose to imagine/believe about them? He says that you cannot wish a state on a person if they could not wish a similar state on another. Is this because in imagining something bad happening to another, you make that same state active in yourself?

-What is involved in your coaching? Do you just counsel your client or do you take them through a process (like Abraham-Hicks processes) every time you coach them?

-In what ways do you offer coaching - in person, over the phone, through email?

-Are you certified in LOA Coaching?
