Law of Attraction Lounge / it IS possible to manifest even when...

just yesterday i posted that i need a break from loa and this forum.
i said "screw it", "i am done with trying, affirmations and all the stuff"...
and today? BAM- success!! a manifestation came true.  :D
its a bed!! a nice and big one. and for free. and all i did, was thinking for a short moment- i wish i could lay beside my son when he is here and just wished i could be able to hug him and sleep beside him. while i thought that, i wasnt feeling good at all, in fact i was crying and "needy" to have a big bed. beside that i cant sleep beside my son, my back is hurting each night, but didnt have the money to afford a new one.
today at work i went into our break- room. there was a flyer from a very nice workmate. big and almost new bed for free- and her number. i called her cause she said its rushing, it will get out tomorrow. left a message on her mailbox, thought it might be away anyway cause it was sooooo nice. went around the corner-- she came straight to me-- the bed is yours!!!  :D i was sooo happy and i still am very very grateful for that. finally something good came into my life again.
strangely men kept looking at me today, started to flirt with me, have been more than nice to me.... and me? i came to work almost crying.
the reason why i post is....
its not most important to feel good, to be in the vortex. of course, life goes easier when youre happy- affirmations can give you the feeling "to do something" or just make you feel good. but afterall, its about letting go. give it out of your hands, to the universe. i found it really stressful to be happy all the time and its just not possible always. but there is no need to worry about that in the end. send your wish out, then forget about it and the universe will take care of it and of you!
we cannot rush or force things to happen, but we can trust that there is a bigger picture behind everything and even if we dont get what we wanted, we dont know all, there is a reason for it and it will all make sense in the end.
the universe took care of me when i was scared, sad, needy and really like f... it all.
men flirted with me when i was vibrating more than low. i got my bed, even when i felt like nothing good will ever happen to me again.
my conclusion?

god IS watching, someone is taking care of us.
its enough to send our wish out, everything else is not in our hand.

How to Use Law of Attraction / cosmic- odering---- who is with me?

hey, i got just re- inspired to use the cosmic- ordering as my only way to apply loa.
i have learned about it serveral years ago and got sooo many manifestations, just by order something, waiting and expecting it to come. (forgetting included)  :)

here are a few of my past success---

i always wanted to work at the airport, i kept this wish until i finally found a friend who was the leader of the ticket- counter from my airline and she brought this to me. (i didnt know what she worked, i just got friends with her and then i found out.
this took some years to manifest, but now i am still there and loving it, 6 years already :D

i wanted to marry someone who is a match to my soulmate- list. it took some months, but he came. it was my ex- husband. he was everything i mentioned to be important for me. after a few years though, i found out that it wont work in the long run, as developed in a different direction and  the things which were important to me, werent anymore. but overall, he matched it 100 % he even made me a proposal at this evening when i wished for it!
even with my kids, i wanted a blonde girl and a blonde boy who looks like my ex. i got these wishes granted, thank you god and universe.

i needed some money for a laptop. i said 1000, since they say its good to have a certain amount on your mind. i got this as well.... my uncle which i dont know died, but he left some money to my father and he gave it to me. guess what? 1000  :) took a few months though.

then i needed to get some money again, i want to go to a hypnotherapiest for weight- loss. set this order out, forgot about it and 3 months later, i got the money, i got exactly what i needed (around 500)

i needed a cupboard for my clothes.... i ordered it at the cosmic- restaurant, a few weeks later i got an email from a friend who i dont have contact to, but she just asked me via mail if i was interested to get her cupboard, which is a very nice one.

one of my biggest trust- boost is still this one---
i was going to work, the visiting- weekend from my son ahead. i had no money at all. as i left the car i was thinking to myself (ordering) i need 50 today. then forgot and somehow i felt crazy for asking that. i was sooooo wrong, the universe proved another time- i was working at the boarding- pass- control (still the same day) and suddenly a passgenger gave me a 50 € note, telling me he found it on the floor!!!! NO NAME ON IT; SO COULD HAVE KEPT IT EASILY, but he gave it to me!!!!! i was only left speechless this day.  ;D

in my old flat i was really in need of some chairs since i had none.
weeks later i was on my way to work in the early morning hours, suddenly i was some really really beautiful chairs!!!! 4 of them and all ok, they looked like new and were so beautiful. so i made clear if that was really things who wanted someone to throw away, and yes-- it was. many thing stood there just waiting for the trashcar to come. woooow, my friend was speechless and was like wow, melanie, you will find always a way.... i still have these chairs and i love them  :)

i ordered my flat as well.... the area i live in and how the flat should be, also the rent of course. i have found a really nice flat, really cheap and i was one of many many appliers.  :D that took some months.

ok, enough proof that it works  :D.... i am going back to cosmic- ordering again, cause i found out that i was able to attract better than i have now since a few months. i guess we all know way too much and that set unconcsiously some blocks, or we try too hard.

how does it work?

set your order- be specific as you can
sent your order out (i did that by visualizing my letter is flying to the universe)
now, the hardest part---- forget about everything. forget that you wished it, dont worry about it. be like a kid who still believes in santa and the presents it will get from him. try not to think one single thought about your wish or letter to the universe.
believe that you get your order, expect it to come. be patient!

i wont re- read my orders though. i will list them, but once i have made an order, i wont read or think about it again.

to be honest- i dont like being single. i am not needy, but i cant say i am happy about that as well. its been too long.  :-X
i am not going to "wait" for J, if he ever returns anyway, so i decided to go back on a dating site (POF) to find mr. right. and somehow i have a good feeling about that.
at least- to get to know someone, you have to be active and thats what i decided to do.  :)
since i dont go out much and my soulmate should be british (i love them) i set up my profile new and ask you to send me some love- vibes.

it would be sooo nice to have someone at my side and i think i really deserve it after all i went through (and we all do)

The technique is to catch myself entertaining a limiting I AM thought about a subject, such as taking a financial or emotional risk, and as quickly as possible say to myself, “Thank you for sharing. What I really believe is… (fill in the blank with a positive declaration of what I want and deserve to be, do, or have).”

This simple technique works so well because thanking my mind for its input disarms my perception of danger (moving outside my comfort zone) and helps me replace the self-limiting belief with a new belief that supports my desire and of course, helps me remember who I really am.

Limiting core beliefs can hide in I AMs that take various forms such as I HAVEs or I HATEs, I CAN’Ts, “My-Me WONT’s” or I DON’Ts. Examples are: “I have so many problems.” “I hate this/him/her.” “I can’t do that.” “My upbringing won’t let me.” “I don’t know how.”

If you can pay attention to what you were thinking when you started feeling bad, and choose thoughts that shift your energy toward the future you want to attract, you are moving in the right direction.

You know you are making progress when…

“I have so many problems,” becomes “Thank you for sharing. What I really believe is that all the help I need to resolve my problems is finding its way to me now.”

“I hate her,” becomes “Thank you for sharing. What I really believe is that she is a part of God too, and instead of getting upset when she criticizes me, I’m going to find a way to appreciate and compliment her good qualities.”

“I can’t do that,” becomes “Thank you for sharing. What I really believe is that I can do that when I’m ready, and I’m getting more prepared to do that every day.”

“My upbringing won’t let me,” becomes, “Thank you for sharing. What I really believe is that I was taught not to do that, but I’m beginning to see that it makes sense to at least try to do that until I decide for myself if I should or shouldn’t do it.”

You can enhance your progress by writing down your limiting I AMs as they come up. Later, when you have some quiet time, write down the “Thank you for sharing. What I really believe…

and thats what i am going to do here since i am a lazy hand- writer :D

ok, so here i go.... i dont have one of my best days today, so please excuse my rant  :-X

9 months have passed since i found this forum and back to loa. the weather changed suddenly from hot to cold and autumn is knocking at the door.... reminded me on these cold days with candle- light and also that christmas, the end of this year is near already.

let me made up a review in my head- what did i accomplish this year? what has changed?

to be honest? the answer is not positive at all  :-\

the year started good with me getting over the loss of my best friend, being on high vibes, visionbaord, mircale box etc....
i attracted my ex back, but it didnt work out that time so i broke the connection again.
found a second job which turned out to be hell... coworkers jealous of me and the boss a choleric (you might remember) LOTS OF WORK, but less money.
i couldnt keep that up for more than 3 months. i was nearly a wreck by then, switching between 2 jobs in shifts, less time for me, less sleep and what i got at this second job was pure stress.
then my breakdown came. depressions.... maybe i got too early back to work after my best friends death (she meant everything to me) instead of taking really time to heal. working in 2 jobs right after that, didnt make it easier.
i attracted my car (the one on my visionboard) and lost it only 2 months after that. WHY? why did that happen? i just dont get it. beside that, when i drove that car it came out, that many many small things needs to be fixed and i didnt have the money for it. so it was good somehow that i lost it, but why didnt i attract a good car?
sorry for ranting  :-X
i quit my second job cause i thought its about standing up for myself that i deserve better treatment than that. as well as i realized that i dont have to strength to continue like that.
breakdown--- nothing worked anymore
i went to hospital, but only for 4 weeks which is not much for having a burn- out.
i came out, came straight here again and pulled myself together somehow.
once again, i wanted to attract my ex back. this is the longest time we are in NC. as you might remember, i have sent him a letter to which he didnt respond. thats ok. i am near to give up on him- meaning just letting it go--- FU state.
so, that didnt work out either. (i said sorry already for my rant)
meamwhile, as i mentioned in kittens thread, i didnt attract anyone. something must have changed that i am not attracting only one single guy. i am wondering about that, cause that never happened before in my life, there was always something to tell, even if it was just a chat. ok, universe- whats the deal here?
it feels strange and its not a good feeling too as you can imagine....

so yes, one of my bad days today.... my review let me realize that i attracted nothing under the line (sorry if thats bad english)
in fact, more and more things in my life seem to disappear and nothing is coming to add, if that makes sense.
i wanted to share that with you in hope, you can tell me the bit i am missing here.
what did i miss here?
its not that i am not grateful for the things i have, cause i am. i say thank you for each, even small thing i have, but i seem to be stuck somehow.

Law of Attraction for Ex-Back / time to let go?

J hasnt answered my letter, i am sure that he got it by now. i try to be patient but yet its so hard to do. he closed all the ways of contact, just as he said he would.
for all who dont know about my story-- J and i have been in an on- and off- relationship, long- distance as well. we loved each other deeply and palnned our future together, but for some reasons, he kept leaving me- without any understandable reason.(i know he cant accept being loved due to some very personal reasons)
i attracted him back, but at that time, i thought that i dont need this anymore and that i deserve better. we got in touch after that again, but he left another time. the last contact he initiated was on my bday end of april. this was the first time i actually refused to get back to him. i just couldnt take it serious anymore. i regret now, but i think its the way it had to be. he left me a message, telling me that he will come now away from the internet and all ways of contact. closed with- i love you x
i sent him a letter last week, trying to reach him, since i couldnt anywhere else... i told him that i do believe in our future and all this stuff... and thats pretty much. i know its not long but i feel so confused.

today i feel like i need to let it go... but its so hard. it all seems to be so easy when we give advice to others, but when WE are in it? i just dont know how to deal with it. is that the "sign" to forget him? didnt i just see that it was over? i feel like running after someone who doesnt want me and it hurts.
i have been really high in my emotions and thoughts the last weeks, i could clearly feel that its not over and i could see and imagine our future so well. i am also aware that my feelings now wont do good, i just cant shift them right now. :(
i know that i am impatient, i know this and still i cant seem to stay positive about it.
i dont want to hold on to someone who doesnt want me- you know what i mean?
i am torn inside of how to go on further... let it go?- i mean getting into this FU state-- i dont care anymore, or keep on focussing and wishing?
i know, this might sound silly and probably doesnt make sense...

as much as i know, that my thoughts and feelings i have right now arent helping me, this needed to come out.
is it time to get over him? or does it make sense to continue with focussing on him?

How to Use Law of Attraction / emotional grid

i really want to go into the grid- work again...
i am writing down all the feelings i want to feel in different areas in my life and going to concentrate on it with binaural beats.
i thought i would start that thread here, so that everyone can list the feelings you want to feel in this part of your life  :)
i really do believe in this!!
pick up an area in your life and see what kind of feeling it would give you when your dream came true already and try to FEEL this at least 17 sec  :D :D

After 17 seconds of holding a thought, the Law of Attraction is activated. You then begin attracting the essence of what you are thinking about. This is the starting point of your emotional grid.

If you hold that thought for at least 68 seconds, there will be enough momentum to create a substantial grid to attract other, specific thoughts that merge with your beginning point of attraction.

As of this writing, the emotional grid is the most recent analogy taught by Abraham (a group of non-physical beings, as presented by Esther Hicks), to help us understand who we are, how we fit into the bigger picture of things and how we can create the life we want.

They teach that the grid is vibrational in nature and the basis of your attraction. It is the foundation and framework for your manifestations. Once you establish an emotional basis, your grid will fill in with all kinds of things that match your vibration.

Personally, the emotional grid analogy resonates strongly with me because as a visual person, I am able to clearly visualize it in my mind. I simply picture a black and white grid (my daughter imagines a green sort of computer/matrix-like grid), then begin filling in the squares with emotions I want to experience about a subject. As I focus on those feelings, I imagine the grid beginning to fill in with colorful details by the Universe.

Everything you think about makes a grid. If you want your grid to fill in with positive stuff then choose to focus on things that make you feel good. If you have opposing thoughts about a subject, you could have two different grids filling in at the same time. The one that you focus on the most will fill in the fastest, and you will begin to see evidence in the form of manifestations, good or bad.

To begin building a grid, choose a subject. It could be money, a relationship, a job, anything that you want to deliberately focus on. If you were to write your grids down in a notebook, it would enhance the process, but is not necessary.

Next, establish your emotional starting point. How do you want to feel? If your subject is about money, perhaps you can start with the word ease. "I want to feel financial ease." "I like feeling easy about money."

It is best to keep your words general at the beginning of building your grid because there is less resistance, and it is enough to get the momentum going. As you focus your attention on your chosen starting point, more good feeling-thoughts will flow to you.

Avoid trying to fill in your grid with specifics; that is not your job. Keep your focus on how you want to feel and let the Universe fill in the details. The Universe can manage things much better than you and will open avenues and opportunities that matches the vibration you are offering.

As you harmonize with your grid, you will feel a vibrational shift, evidence will starting showing up, and your grid will continue filling in with vivid detail until it eventually manifests.

In the mean time, let go of caring about the manifestations. You will trip your self up if you let your attention drift to what you see. Instead, relax and trust in the power of the Universe. Use meditation to quiet your mind and allow yourself to feel easy about it. Keep your focus on how you want to feel.

The Universe responds to the vibration of your emotions. Doing grid work gives you excellent practice to keep your thoughts in a good feeling place. Not only will you be feeling good nearly all of the time, but you will find your dream life finally becoming your reality.

How to Use Law of Attraction / ~ transforming limited beliefs ~

i have found an interesting article which i want to share with you.

Law of Attraction and Transforming Limiting Beliefs

If you could change anything in your life right now, what would it be? And why haven't you done it yet? If you're like most of us, the answer lies in your existing beliefs.

We often forget the powerful role our beliefs play in creating what we want. We can visualize, affirm, set goals, and work hard till the cows come home -- but if we don't believe something is possible, we will resist the formation of it in our lives.

The good news is, once you understand how your beliefs are holding you back, you have full control over changing those limiting beliefs - and your life will change in awesome and spectacular ways!

Let's take a look at what most of us do when we decide we want something. We first express a desire or set a goal. I want to lose weight. I want to make more money. I want to buy a new car. Then, we immediately start coming up with reasons why it's not possible. I don't have time to exercise. My company isn't giving pay raises this year. I can't afford a new car.

What if, by changing those limiting beliefs, we could make the impossible become possible?

It's important to understand that to us, our beliefs are FACT. We have convinced ourselves that those facts are "truth." However, think a moment about all the other "facts" that ended up not being true. We used to believe the earth was flat. We used to believe the sun revolved around the earth. We used to believe that space travel was impossible. We used to believe that a cancer diagnosis was an automatic death sentence. Ditto with AIDS. None of these things are "true" now, are they?

Think about some of the truths you have formed about your own life. Are they really true?

I'm not worthy of a loving relationship.
I'll never have a lot of money.
Rich people are rude.
Money is evil.
I'm not talented, I don't have any marketable skills.
Everything always goes wrong for me.
I have the worst luck of anyone I know.
I can't do that.
I don't have what it takes to be successful.

If you change these "facts" in your own mind, what might happen? You might attract a loving relationship. You might have a lot more money. You might recognize your own potential, start experiencing good fortune on a regular basis, and reach the level of success you dream about. Sounds good, doesn't it? :-)

But how? How do we change these truths in our own minds? This is the fun part. We have to convince ourselves that what we want is POSSIBLE.

Recently I've been playing a little game with myself called, "Why It's Possible." I invite you to play along in your own life, because it is incredibly empowering and it will blast away those limiting beliefs and begin attracting what you desire.

As I described above, most of us will state a desire and then immediately begin telling ourselves why it's not possible. With my game, "Why It's Possible," we simply add on some new thoughts that help us see why our desire IS possible. Here's how it works.

We state a desire: I want to lose weight. Limiting beliefs come up: Diets don't work for me, I don't have time to exercise. We then deliberately begin formulating ideas about "Why It's Possible": I don't have to diet to lose weight, I can just moderate how much I eat. I can fit more activity into my routine by parking my car farther away or taking the stairs instead of the elevator. There are plenty of slender, healthy people in this world who don't diet or exercise much! If they can do it, I can do it too.

Let's try it with another desire: I want more money. Limiting beliefs: My company isn't giving pay raises this year. I don't have the energy to get a second job. I've got too many bills. Why It's Possible: Money can come to me in so many ways, it doesn't have to be through my job. Money can come to me through lottery winnings, inheritance, unexpected bonuses, or I can even start a fun part-time business!

Here's the key: YOUR "WHY IT'S POSSIBLE" IDEAS MUST BE BELIEVABLE. If you don't believe in their validity, your limiting beliefs will NOT be transformed. That's so important to understand! With some beliefs, it might take time to come up with true, legitimate possibilities that you can honestly believe in.

Here's another important key: Reinforcement will be necessary. For smaller beliefs, you might be able to change them quickly and almost effortlessly. But for the big ones, you might need to keep playing the "Why It's Possible" game over and over.

As you keep reinforcing your new beliefs and you begin to believe that they really are possible, more and more doors will begin opening for you.

Success Stories / a nice turn...

i want to share a nice and small, but very important manifestation with you.   :)

my old car, which is broken and not fixable anymore, is still standing on a parking slot in front of my house. (not my slot though!)
i didnt know where to go with this car!! its not starting anymore and now i even lost the keys of it  ::) :-X.... i got a mark on the window from the authority that my car needs to be removed until the 1st august....
i still didnt know what to do and just sent the intention out, that there WILL be a solution. till today there was none...
when i left the house today, a man from the authority was standing at my car. i went straight to him. i explained the circumstances and after a few min, a neighbour came and offered me to bring my car to someone he knows... for free  :D
well, i am amazed how well the universe is taking care of us if we just believe  :) :)
btw... if the authority took my car it would have been very very expensive for me!!

i feel so inspired lately about the importance of FEELING that something already came to pass, that i decided to start this thread, where we can all post our stories as if they happened already!!! put it as happened REALITY!!

i have made that before and it was so fun and it came to pass!!
dont forget to FEEL the happiness, the exitement, the pleasure  :) :)

here is how my story went...

can you imagine? i never thought this could be happening THAT FAST, but it just happened!! :o
i have sent a letter to J and he replied in such a lovely way and it even took just a few days for him to answer my letter. he told me that he just felt the same about me, EXACTLY THE SAME  :D :D and that he was waiting for me to reach out to him.
ahhhh that is such an amazing feeling!! i have missed him so much!! :)
this is what he said to me "you know that i will always love you and that never changes!"  :D :D
i got his message on FB and when i opened my mailbox i thought this is surely a message from one of my friends, but NO!! it was him!!!!
i am soooooo soooooo happy about that message!!!
we started a long and wonderful conversation the same evening and he told me how much he has missed me and that he loves me!! YAAAAAYYYYY  ;D ;D
he wants to visit me and he even booked already a flight for september..... I AM SOOOOO EXCITED TO SEE HIM ALREADY!!! my wish came true....

here is a small collection of some manifestation techniques which i have found during the day... i hope you fnd them useful  :)


Subconscious mind understands only the Language of images and symbols.This is the reason everywhere around us we see images and symbols. Behind every symbol is coded as a mathematical program the intention of the creator of the symbol . For example when you see the Mcdonalds symbol your eyes see the letter M , but the Subconscious mind sees the code behind the symbol and if the conscious mind will not reject that code ,then the Subconscious mind will adopt the symbol code as a belief and it will start influencing your day to day life . The code behind the Mcdonalds symbol could say ,eat more, you are addicted to this product , you want to eat everyday etc . In this ancient powerful technique you will learn how to create your own mathematical programs and use them to manifest your desires .

Write down on a piece of paper the goal, with as many details as possible and on the same page create a unique symbol , anything you want , something easy to remember and state that this symbol represents the goal.Write after the symbol the phrase ” Thah-A-Jha Inta Doa ” (Anuhazi Language, the first spoken Language in this Universe, has 144 letters Alphabet and it means , “As it is stated so it is done”) . Subconscious mind knows now this symbol represents your goal.You just have created a powerful mathematical program.Visualize the symbol as clear as you can (if you can’t see it clear use your powerful intention) before sleep and when you wakeup or when you are meditating, feel that already happened with no doubt,feel the joy of having what you desire.Also you can bring the symbol close to your face, 30cm; and cross your eyes gently until you will see it double for 3-4 minutes . This will stimulate the Pineal Gland .If for a moment when you do the visualization the brain falls into theta state of mind (4-7Hz) then the new program is in. The More thought energy you are putting to the symbol the closer the goal is coming to you. It’s very powerful also when many people working together with the same goal and symbol.

Manifestation with the Hum Sa Mantra

The first step in manifestation is to use a technique called the Hum Sa mantra. This is a mantra everyone is initiated into naturally when they are born. It is the mantra of the breath. The first thing you should do is sit comfortably cross-legged on the floor. You can rest your back against a wall if you would like. Now close your eyes and breath slowly and comfortably. As you inhale silently say 'hum' and imagine energy travelling from the base of your spine to the top of your head and building up at the third eye. At the top of your inhale, pause, and hold the breath for a moment to build up energy at the third eye. Do this only as long as is comfortable because keeping the breath calm and steady is important. The longer you hold your breath the more energy it builds up, but over time the more you practice the longer you can comfortably hold the breath so it's better to start off small and keep the breath steady. The power and accuracy of your manifestation depends on the smoothness of the breathing. After you've held it for a bit exhale smoothly and internally say 'sa'. Repeat this inhale/exhale cycle several times to get the hang of it and build up a little bit of energy throughout the spine and in the third eye.

Now that you've done this several times we can get to the actual manifestation technique. This time do the 'hum' inhale again while imagining the energy travelling up the spine. At the peak of the inhale, when you hold your breath at the top, now I want you to image in your third eye the thing that you want to manifest into reality. Picture this as clearly and with as much detail as you can. As you hold your breath feel the energy building up in the third eye and filling up your image with spiritual power. This energy is the actual kundalini in your environment. You are learning to manipulate it. When you are ready, 'sa' exhale the image into your reality. As you exhale see all that spiritual energy you built up filling up your image and making it real. You should repeat this cycle for about three minutes. For me personally this equates to about three breath cycles, or one per minute.

After you have done this what you will do next is observe your environment throughout the day for either the thing you manifested or an obstacle to the manifestation. This is where the past karma part comes in. The only thing preventing you, or anyone, from manifesting what they want immediately is past karma conflicting with a present desire. So if you are trying to manifest a new house but you haven't gotten your house yet you should pay attention to what is specifically preventing this manifestation from coming about. It could be a shortage of money or anything. When you find out what the obstacle is modify your image to include that. See yourself working around that obstacle to manifest what you want. Remember to be patient as you may have several obstacles to work through. Some images have more obstacles than others depending on your personal karma. So every day you find out a new obstacle, retool your image and practice the Hum Sa mantra again. Eventually you will get exactly what you wanted.

Only involve other people in your manifestations if you have their express permission first. You should never do anything to manipulate someone's free will. Follow the yogic act which is "Do good to others, do good to yourself and harm no one". If you follow this you will receive only an abundance of good karma in return. Second, don't get frustrated if it is taking some time to manifest your image. It only means you have not yet pinpointed the obstacle or obstacles. Just be observant and you will come upon them eventually.

New Moon Manifestation Ceremony

The new moon is the birthing cycle of the moon's various phases. The new moon phase is an optimal time for planning and seeding your intentions. Seedlings need a period of gestation before they break through the soil and reach for the sunlight. This is also true for our ideas and our desires. The dark side of the moon, with its mysterious unseen forces, offers a nurturing environment where our intentions can establish roots before their miraculous manifestations begin to sprout and reach out to the stars.
Ceremony for Birthing Your Wishes and Desires
Setting aside a few minutes each month during the new moon phase to focus on yours wishes and desires will help give you clarity of mind and fill your heart with promise. When it comes to setting goals or planning ahead for your future there is no better time to get started than during the new moon. Any intentions stated or written down carries power, so please take care in considering the things that you really want. The saying "Be careful what you ask for, you just might get it." is fair warning whenever setting your new moon intentions into motion. But, no worries. The moon has its phases and so do our individual wants and needs. This is why it is a good practice to rededicate your list of intentions each month when another new moon visits.
Prep for Upcoming New Moon Manifestation

    Check a moon phase calendar for the next upcoming new moon.

    Set aside 20-30 minutes to do the ritual itself.

    Supply suggestions:
        pen and colored markers
        scotch tape
        smudge sticks
        meditation CDs

Prepare yourself a sacred space where to perform the ceremony when the new moon arrives

Setting your New Moon Intentions in Motion

Cleanse your sacred area with an opening prayer, a sage smudging, and/or by burning some incense.

    Light one or more candles.

Center your being and calm yourself in whatever way is appropriate for you. Take some deep cleansing breaths, slip in a meditation CD to listen to, and/or leisurely sip on a cup of relaxing herbal tea.

Open your notebook, and date the first page. Write down these words "I accept these things into my life now or something better for my highest good and for the highest good of all concerned." or something similar. Below your affirmation statement, begin writing down your desires. Your list may consist of only one item or you may have several pages written down. Try not to limit yourself. If having many things in your life helps to fulfill you then don't deny yourself wanting these things.

During the month when an item on your new moon list comes to you, don't merely cross it off of your list, take the time to rewrite the list in its entirety eliminating the manifested item from the listing. This is highly recommended. At the same time you may add whatever else that you have decided you would like. Feel free to reword any of the original phrases if they better fit your life now. It is natural that your desires will change as time advances.

A second notebook will be used as a manifestation scrapbook where you paste in pictures or catalog clippings of items that you want to manifest. This is a fun project so enjoy yourself. You will soon be amazed how these things begin to find their way into your life once you start this process.

Rededicating your New Moon Intentions
Each month at the new moon rededicate your intentions by renewing your list at a repeated ritual. This is accomplished by rewriting your list out using a fresh sheet of paper. Don't get in the habit of simply scratching out the items you no longer desire and adding the new stuff to the bottom of your old list. You don't want clutter and sloppiness energies messing up your new stuff do you? Disregard any items that no longer feed your soul and add new things that do.

It is helpful to salt and pepper your manifest list with smaller items that will manifest quickly, such as tickets to the ballet, lunch with a friend, or a day at the spa. You may think that smaller things are too trivial to put on your intention list... Wrong! Things that tend to manifest with little effort still deserve to be written down. Write down everything that you desire, no matter how little or simple. If it is something that makes you happy, write it down. Manifesting smaller items on our lists actually creates a steady flow of energy to the list. These smaller manifestations create movement, allowing an ebb and flow of the tides. We are dealing here with the moon cycles after all. Besides, sometimes we forget to appreciate the smaller pleasures in our lives while we are waiting for the BIG stuff to come in. If you only write statements like, "I want to win the lottery" in your notebook then you are limiting yourself by not allowing abundance to flow to you from other avenues.


It’s simple, it takes about twenty minutes, and it works. Fast. This technique is best for emergent situations. You’re in a bind and you need something to happen fast. The more desperate, the better.

Step 1: Dear Universe…

Sit down and begin writing a letter. You can just open a text file on your computer or you can make a little ritual out of it by using beautiful stationary and a special pen. It’s up to you. Do whatever feels right.  Date the letter and begin with “Dear Universe, “.

Step 2: Describe where you are right now

Tell the Universe where you are right now.

For example: “Dear Universe, I have one month to find a new apartment and I feel totally stressed out about it. The landlord came by today and told me that I have to move. There’s nothing I can do.”

Step 3: State your fears

List all the reasons that you’re stressed out. What are you afraid of? What do you NOT want to have happen? Yes, I know that we normally try to avoid focusing on what we don’t want, but here’s the thing: Your fears are your fears. They are valid to you. And I can tell you all day long that the Universe knows what you want, but when you’re in the state of stress, you’re going to answer with “Yeah, but, what about this horrible scenario? And what about that limitation?” You’re scared and you’re stuck on focusing on all the reasons why you’re scared. By listing these reasons, by writing them down, you can hand them over to the Universe, secure that you’ve communicated every last thing you DON’T want. This is a way of “handing off the problems”, or releasing your fears.

For example: “I’m afraid that I won’t find a place in time. I don’t want to live in some crappy, horrible room, with nasty roommates. I’m afraid I won’t be able to afford anything nice or even decent. I’m afraid that I’ll be homeless or I’ll have to go and beg friends to stay on their couch. I’m afraid I won’t even have time to look for a new place, what with work and all…”

Keep going until you feel that you’ve stated all of your fears and everything you’re worried about. Just getting it all out will already help a little bit.

Step 4: Tell the Universe what you want

Now that you’ve gotten all the fears and doubts out of your system, go ahead and tell the Universe what you are looking for. What do you need? What do you want? This is where you want to make only positive statements. Keep writing until it feels really good. You don’t have to edit, just keep writing until everything you’re stating feels good.

For example: “I want a place that I can afford (this doesn’t feel quite right, because there’s still fear in there that you can’t afford it). I want a place that I’ll afford easily (feels better). The apartment is close to my work and has easy access to public transportation. It’s central, and surrounded by all the shops I need. It’s bright, full of natural light and the other people in the building are all really nice. I don’t have to look for the apartment, it just kind of finds me. It’s easy. I can’t believe how easy it is. The landlord is amazing and wants me as his tenant. In fact, he only asks me for a small deposit so that it’s easier for me to afford the move. Even the move itself is easy. My friends help me and then we have a little party in my new place. I can’t believe how amazing my new apartment feels. It’s cozy and homey and the previous tenants even left me some amazing furniture. I love it. It showed up in plenty of time and I didn’t have to worry at all.”

Notice how, over time, the writing style switched from something you want, to something that already exists (“the apartment IS this and that…”), to something you already possess (“I can’t believe how easy it was…”). As you get more and more into the vision of what you want, you’ll get more and more into the energy of already having it. If your writing style starts to change, LET IT. This isn’t about grammar. It’s about lining up your energy. Get so into your vision and keep writing about it, until you can see yourself there – in your new apartment, having found it and moved into it easily. Feel the relief of it. There’s nothing to worry about. You’ve already got it and you’re looking back on how you worried and you’re seeing how ridiculous it was to be so stressed out. It all came together so beautifully! Now, you’re really just telling the Universe about it, because you’re so excited.

Step 5: Thank the Universe for a job well done

And that brings us to the next step. Tell the Universe “Thank You” for fulfilling your wish. It’s done. What you want is on its way. You don’t have to worry about it. You can just sit back and expect it to happen. Tell the Universe how awesome it is, how creative, how amazing and how you’re in awe about how it led you and this apartment together.

When you do this, you get into the state of gratitude or appreciation, and you’re doing so on the subject of what you want. This is a huge step in lining up your energy.

Step 6: Let it go

Fold the letter (if it’s on the computer, print it out), sign it (you can add XOXO or anything you like), place it in an envelope and address it to the Universe. Now, you can put it in a special box, or burn it, or throw it in the ocean. It doesn’t matter. People use all kinds of methods to help them let things go. And that’s what you’re going to do now: Let it go. You’ve “sent” this desire and all the associated fears and stress off to the Universe. I like to put my letters in a box and look at them years later (DO NOT go looking into your box to see what hasn’t manifested yet! Don’t go through the box often.) It’s fun to see how worried I was about stuff that did then, indeed, come to be easily. It really helps me not get as freaked out about things now.

Trust that you’ve placed your request with the Universe, and that LOA is on the case. There’s nothing more you have to do. Expect your desire to show up, and do your best to go about your day while feeling good. Whenever you start to stress out about it, remember that you’ve handed your problem off to the Universe and it’s taken care of. It’s not your responsibility any more.

i am sure, you know already whats about-
you create your own life- movie, your desired event or whatever you like to happen.
make your own movie and just watch it :)
i really love it!! i have found a site, where you can create a free 30 sec movie- its not long, but you can create as much as you want. they offer very nice background themes, with hearts and all the stuff you need, your own music, your own text. hard to explain it.... but you should try it. its sooo easy. one movie is made in 5 min.  ;D

hey friends,

i really do need some advice or at least someone to listen.... i am not sure where to go in my life, what to do and which way is mine.

i am still having a rough time and find myself unable to decide  :-X

during my time in hospital i realized, that the job i am in right now, will never lead me to be financial secure. i love my job, but its just part time, it was always like that and the chances that it will change are pretty much like zero.

i found out, that this is a big reason why i am depressed sometimes and that i need to change that. i want to be financial independent and secure- who wants not?

11 years ago i moved down here to my ex husband. we seperated a few years ago.
my son is living with him and i got to see my son each 2. weekend, which is pretty much hurting...
my daughter is 18 and living with me, she wants to move together with her boyfriend soon...
i am thinking of moving to back to my home- town, which is 400 km away from here.
i have got there my sister (the contact isnt good but that could change), i have got 2 lovely friends there which i know since my childhood and i mean real good friends...

since my friend from here died, its not easy to find new friends and i am very lonely.
it just feels like all is falling apart.  :(
my daughter said, it will be better for me to move back since i got friends there and its just my home town. i dont feel that good by leaving them here, but i would come each 2. weekend or they come to me.
oh well, i just dont know where to go, it feels so complicated  :'(
its hard to see a future here, the job situation is that bad and i dont have good friends here... all on my own.
i dont want to be self- pity, but its really hard for me right now.
i am trying to listen to my intuition, but i dont get a clear answer.

so, right now i am still sick at work, i even dont know if its better to get back to work now or not. i dont feel stable enough.
i feel better, but i am careful by saying i am stable, i did that before and i wasnt.

my goal is to relocate to the UK and i am still sure, that i will end up over there somewhen. is it good to leave here? i really dont know.
should i try to find work over there?
ahh, i am so sorry for all this... i just need to talk to someone about it.

how can i find the answer and how can i find peace?
i am going with the flow right now, but i am aware, that i need to take some kind of action.... :-X :-X :-X
