I will detail below some methods for inducing hypnotic / trance states but first, it is prudent to understand a few things about what hypnosis actually is, so that you are better informed as to how to prepare, how to conduct yourself and what to expect.

Hypnosis is a powerful tool used whereby we use the conscious mind to navigate a way into the unconscious mind, enabling us to make changes to our overall perceptions to all memories and to upcoming experiences. All of our choices, actions and reactions are driven by our present perceptions. They will ultimately determine what direction we go in.
Furthermore, our imagination is a very complex and largely unknown animal. Phenomena like déjà vu raise many many questions as to whether or not our life is somewhat predetermined by our imaginal acts through life or before it or a combination of both...the jury is still very much out on this.

Hypnosis is only as good as you are. These methods are ineffective if you approach it incorrectly, have no goal at the end of it and fail to be willing to follow simple commands.
Use of the conscious mind to navigate you through to hypnosis which is done via focusing upon one form of sensory perception. Once you are in so deep, your conscious awareness begins to evaporate and you are left with unconscious awareness, as the cells within your sensory receivers within your brain begin to fire all by themselves. This will come from entering dissociation.

This thread is directed specifically at induction methods into hypnotic trance, what you decide once reaching here, is up to your own imagination. You must practice before perfecting. Some of these methods will not work specifically for you but the only way to tell this is to try them a few times and see what works best for you. Use these steps more as guidance notes, as opposed to formal instructions, as you are required to be your own guide in self-hypnosis...I cannot be there with you to guide you through.
I will state which of these I have tried and verified and which I have not but am still aware of and I will save my go-to's for the end.
Here goes.....

Visual Induction

Lie comfortably on your back, arms laying comfortably by your side or hands clasped on your waist.
Take a long, slow, comfortable deep breath in as far as you can go.
Exhale gently, much like the inhale but reversed, obviously.
Do this 4 or 5 times until you have naturally reached and maintained a natural, relaxed breathing rhythm.
Allow your imagination to take you back to the most relaxing place you have ever been before. Could be a beach, mountain, lake, massage...whatever. Your unconscious mind remembers this place and every facet of every detail about it, so consciously take yourself back here.
Start to remember and feel how relaxing it was and how relaxed you are now, as a result.
Dwell within the image and the relaxing feeling it brings.
Begin to let go of the conscious control and just allow yourself to follow the imagination. Images will come for you to follow once you let go of controlling them. Slip into the imagination. Let it guide you through.

In my experience, this one is difficult as firstly, I'm not great with images and my mental recall for them can be off. It requires a fine poise between control and letting go. Those of you with worse vision in real life, might actually be better at this than myself. I really need a hypnotist to be my guide at this so that I find it easier to just follow.

Breath Induction - Wim Hoff

I've tried this one several times and it works pretty well for me.
Get yourself in the same comfortable position as above.
Breathe all the way in, sharply as far and as quick as you can.
Exhale as quickly as you can, all the way out until everything is pushed out of you and you cannot push any further.
Repeat this over and over again for up to 5 minutes.
When you end it, lay still and observe that your need for breath is virtually obsolete. Observe that your body has virtually shut down, feels lifeless, maybe tingles a little bit but is the most relaxed it has ever been.

Simple, yet very effective.

Feeling Induction

I've written this one up here before, so rather than write it up again, I'll just attach the link for it....


One of my go-to's and allows me to get to dissociation the best out of all of these.

Audible Induction

This is what I play with mostly. I am very good at following audible commands.

Lie down in same position again as above and follow the same, comfortable breathing routine as the visual induction.
With your inner monologue acting as your hypnotist, say "relax," in your monotone inner monologue.
Hold your focus on the word whilst maintaining a comfortable breathing rhythm.
As you begin to lose focus, say it again and hold your focus.
As you begin to lose focus again, say "deeper" and focus on this word.
Begin to move your focus to your left foot and notice how lifeless it feels.
Repeat "deeper" again.
Continue to move your focus around the words relax and deeper and random body parts until your body is totally relaxed.

I've run out of time just now to detail other methods but I'll be sure to add them here for you in due course.

Be your own boss here. Play around with the guidelines and explore your minds imagination. Understand what you are looking for and go find them. Do not force, do not fight - just follow and be willing to go with it and accept the suggestions.

If, just like me in the beginning, you don't like meditating or find it difficult to quiet the mind so you can focus, use this method to reach trance state fast:

1. Lie down and get comfortable with your eyes shut.

2. Take a few gentle, slow, deep breaths in through the nose and out through the nose. No need to pop your rib cage out of your chest here, just keep it gentle and quickly get into a calm breathing rhythm.

3. Once a comfortable breathing rhythm is reached, imagine that you are on a ladder (do not picture yourself on a ladder, just know that you are on one. Keep the image black).

4. With every inward breath, keep yourself still on the ladder. With every outward breath, feel yourself taking 2 steps down the ladder. Repeat this for maybe 4 or 5 breaths of each.

5. On your next outward breath, imagine yourself falling backwards off the ladder (still completely in the dark). If done properly, you should get a feeling of your breath being taken away, akin to going down a little dip on a rollercoaster. Repeat this on your outward breaths 4 or 5 times on the trot.

You should now lose most feeling of your body and you should have much greater spacial awareness and hypersensitivity to hearing. It's as if the feeling of falling puts the mind into shock, so it shuts down the body and alters the mental state immediately.
It always makes me sad reading threads like RS or "please get my ex back" 😔
Not because of the RS advice, I'm perfectly fine with that, but because it makes me think about all of the people that flood to this forum just to find a magical fix to get an ex back or to get with somebody they have a crush on. They then read a thread about RS and think that it will magically work for them without them considering and understanding the first thing about reality.
It makes me sad thinking about all of the people that end up more broken hearted than before they join here because it doesn't go to plan for them.
It makes me sad because I started out like that too. I guess out of every 100 people that join here, only a small handful of people hang around and actually go out of their way to learn about what reality really is and how it works.

I'm no guru or shaman by any means but I understand metaphysics and quantum physics reasonably well and I understand human psychology extremely well, well enough to know that we create everything in our reality and even everything about us ourselves in our own mind, hearts and body all of the time, in patterns and habitual cycles. What we see outside is what we have inside.

All of the techniques are just means of superimposing new beliefs and habits into our subconscious mind via the aid of our feelings. There are different techniques from affirmations to prayers to RS to EFT to shit...even fucking magic tricks but they're all techniques used to focus the mind and give birth to new beliefs in the mind. Different techniques work with different individuals due to ones belief in the technique in the first place.

The bit that I'm keen to learn more about is the relationship with and influence onto the morphogenetic / ether / matrix / zero point field that our new formed subconscious beliefs, and therefore new reality has, if there is any at all.

I realise I probably will not get much traffic on this thread as it's not RS or ex back related directly but any viewpoint on anything above is welcome from anybody and everybody that wants to input. Any input would actually help RS'ers and ex backers actually.

Have Quantum Physics theories about reality been misleading people for long enough on how reality is "created" from endless probabilities? Bare with me but here's potentially how.....

The Double Slit Experiment has been jumped all over by LOA gurus as a way of explaining that the universe is a creation of the mind and therefore we all have the power to change reality!

For those that do not know, they experimented to determine that light and matter can be both wave and particle because according to the classical model of physics, it is impossible to be both at the same time.
What they found was that when light was sent through one slit, it created a blob of light on the plate behind the slit to suggest that light travelled as particles. When a second slit was introduced, it created a wave effect on the plate behind the slits, as if to suggest it now travelled in waves and photons interfered with each other, instead of the predicted outcome of two blobs.
Confused by these results, they decided to test it as one photon at a time being sent towards the two slits and this created another wave effect, which naturally confused them further because how can one photon interfere with itself to create another wave effect?
So a measurement device was introduced to measure which slit the single photon would travel through - left or right?

Now this is where the experiment falls over because to be able to measure photons on a quantum microscopic scale, we need an electrical measuring device to do the observing for us. I will continue on with the results firstly though....

So upon measuring the single photons entry point, they now found a blob result on the recording plate again, now suggesting that the photon went back to a particle again. So they concluded that the act of observation collapsed the wave to a particle.

***Observing in scientific terminology means only to measure***

LOA gurus took this conclusion and took the word "observing" in a literal, every day sense and effectively  twisted it into conscious awareness!
They are not the same thing!

The reason why the experiment fell over upon the introduction of the observing device is because it was the observing device that interfered with the wave in itself in some way.
Whilst there is not a concrete, definitive reason as to exactly why or how the device interfered, there is a very strong and logical opinion amongst top scientists all over the world. They believe that the electrical observing device emits an electromagnetic wave, just as everything does and especially electrical items do, and it's this wave that rubs up against the light wave when passing that subsequently either collapses the wave to a photon or creates the photon. Electromagnetic interference is the act of induction.

There is a more refined version of the double slit experiment which introduces a vertical wire grid, a lens and two recording plates, which is called Afshar Experiment. This is a much better experiment because the wire grid is used to remove any doubt that interference does occur as it would cause diffraction without any interference, the lens is used to direct the photon to a particular slit (left or right) and the two recording plates are positioned behind each slit and separate from each other. Now they were finally able to observe which slit the photon passed through.
Success! They finally measured both the wave and the particle at the same time!
They have also been able to remove the observation device and used another, weaker means to observe, so to try to remove the doubt of interference from the observing device.
These results gave birth eventually to the Many Worlds Interpretation. The MWI theory was able to fit the mathematical equations. However, this theory has many issues too, I'll list the top 2 that come to my mind:

1. Interference is still happening on some level. Be it air or ether. Even if it is not induction, any form of observing device will have an atomic superposition of its own, just like the photon will, so there is still potential for interference here too.
2. The biggest issue - MWI is purely just a theory. It is impossible to measure and therefore impossible to prove as factual. It's a fantasy theory that has simply only been imagined.

In my opinion, this goes a very long way to show that we cannot consciously create our reality as first inclined in the way Quantum Physics detailed.
However, is there another way to create our reality?

Where QP essentially is purely just theoretical, there is ever more growing evidence of a slightly different reality to the cosmos and the universe. A universe that is not abundant with matter and dark matter as QP suggests, but a universe and cosmos that is abundant with plasma and electricity. QP has things generally correct at a micro scale but it totally falls over time and time again at a macro scale.

The Electric Universe theory explains and more importantly proves the things that QP cannot. The EU theory states that 99.9% of the universe is actually an electrically conductive plasma, which gives life to all planets, planetary orbits, stars, planetary events and astrological events. Wherever there is electrical current, there is electromagnetic force. Everything is considered to be waves in the form of electromagnetic force. The Earth has its own electrical field too, created by torsion fields and these torsion fields are what keep our galaxy in its orbit and they create all geometrical patterns in the universe and on our planet - so on a macro and micro scale.. Humans have their own electromagnetic fields created by our heart and brain.
In almost all spiritual theories and ancient philosophies, reference is made to an ether or aether being in abundance within our own atmosphere here on planet Earth. Spiritually speaking, this is said to hold all information and collective consciousness of the past and all probable realities of the future.

Regarding EU theory, research people like Nikola Tesla, Kristian Birkellund, Nikolai Kozyrev and Wallace Thornhill.

So, if our interpretation of QP is incorrect in its relationship to LOA and the EU theory actually has much more relevance, I want to explore what this new relationship might be.

I realise that this thread may not win many fans at all but maybe it is time that new theories are explored. If anybody has any input, please feel free to post and please excuse me if some of my interpretations are slightly off the mark as I am not a scientist, I'm just an electrician.

Did you watch The Secret once, a few Agnes or Veronica Isles videos or Google how to "get your ex back" and come here expecting to find the magical potion to make everything rosey again?

Do you feel like you're spending hours visualising and for months on end of your grandest desires of having a nice car or fabulous job but with zero change to your reality?

If yes is your honest answer, please do not think I'm being condescending to you, we all start somewhere and I'm not judging anybody but unfortunately you will not get anywhere fast for a magnitude of reasons.

Main reasons possibly being that you are still tied to a complete fallacy of reality. You're still trapped in your own illusion constructed within your own mind. You're a prisoner to your own deep beliefs. You're a slave of your own ego. Your hands are bound by the concept of time. You're basically blinded by the illusion right in front of your own eyes.

So what if all we are is conscious awareness with a mind?
What if reality is actually a web or an ocean or a matrix of vibrational energy?
What if the mind constructs all that we are individually within this ocean of energy so to create the perception of duality for itself?  I.e. it constructs the ego self filled with your beliefs, personalities, desires, fears, etc.
What if every single thought, action, experience, memory and person is just a ripple or wave within this ocean which are then brought to life by the mind's perception of it or them?
What if there is no good or bad, right or wrong, only your perception of them?
What if your experiences are simply lessons for you that will continue to come and go based upon your own ego mind?
What if time does not exist as you perceive it? You cannot experience the past and you never experience the future, the only time to experience is now. Time after all is only a measurement of 2 separate points (past to now, now to future, past to future).

So what if as consciousness, you are whole / complete already which needs and desires nothing at all?
What if reality really is that which you consciously focus your awareness and observation on consistently so that it's what you live, what you are, what you have and is an outward projection of everything that you are inside, reflecting back?

I use the word "manifestor" in the title with a huge bucket full of salt, for we manifest nothing. We instead align our energy to certain vibrations which match with other vibrational energies.

So my long winded point is that once detached from the illusionary reality that constantly slaps you around the face daily and you start to see it for it is, or might be, you will begin to see the power that you really do have, that everyone has. For that which you focus on, concentrate on, feel as if and act as if becomes the illusionary reality for you to experience as yet another mere creation of your mind, only now as a consciously created illusionary reality of your mind.

So don't let the mind control you. You control the mind instead. Allow conscious awareness to win!

Today's post is a few tips on how to live a happy, healthy life every day that surely must increase the chances of getting in the 'vortex', as I hear it called a lot.
As per normal, the advice I'm about to give has been said many times here before and is hardly revolutionary but I thought it's time for a refresher again and a little boost.
Ill break it down into sections and sub sections...


Learn to forgive those that you feel have wronged you, regardless of what may have happened. Instead of being bitter and full of hatred and/or sadness, forgive them and shine unconditional love on them.
Shit happens in life and it often takes us off in different directions and paths on our journeys. Do not hold grudges as they only weigh YOU down. Move on with unconditional love and a smile and be happy for them and yourself. It will give you freedom and peace and allow you to heal yourself.

Find Time To Meditate:
Keep your mental space free of clutter and needless or unwanted thoughts! Make room only for the here and now and for positive thoughts. Grant yourself much needed peace of mind!!! Allow your spirit / soul to talk to you and guide you on your journey.

Be Happy & Positive:
Condition your mind to seek out only the positive in every situation! You don't like your job....it pays your bills doesn't it? You have no job....you have more free time to enjoy your hobbies don't you?
Go out of your way to find things that genuinely make you smile....a blue sky, flowers blooming, a small child smiling at you, your pet doing something silly....anything!

Live in the Moment:
Do not live in the past and do not live in the future. The past only exists in our memories and it's already been and gone so there's absolutely no point in reliving the same old shit! The future has not and does not ever come! The only time that exists is here, now, this very moment, so make the most of every moment, then the next, then the next. Enjoy it!

Hobbies & Education:
Do old hobbies you've always enjoyed. Find new hobbies. Learn something new that you enjoy, like another language or something. Knowledge is power!


Find the time to exercise! We all know it helps to release any aggression or anger that has seeped in unwillingly and it releases positive chemicals into the brain and body. It also helps make you fitter and healthier. Nothing new here guys, we all know this. Yes the gym can be expensive and not everyone can afford it so instead, take nice and regular walks, go for a run or get back to an sport that you loved doing when younger. I used to be a very good football (soccer) player in my youth as well as rugby and I used to do boxing, then I stopped it all by 16 years old when I broke my shoulder badly. Sport was the only thing I was good at. It took 2 operations and years of physiotherapy just to get it back to roughly 60% of strength. The physio taught me how to lift weights efficiently and with awesome technique. Now that I'm 33, I am chiseled like a Panther lol! I look and feel great! I'm fitter and stronger than I have ever been. It's a great confidence booster.

Eat Healthy:
Too many Big Macs is not good folks. It ruins your insides and takes far too long and too much of your daily energy to digest. I am on the liquid fruit and veg diet and have had only 2 portions of meat in 4 weeks. I'm not suggesting you all follow this same diet religiously but just be mindful of what you are putting into your bodies. You put shit in, you get shit out....literally!!! 😂😂

Accentuate Your Best Feature:
We are all vain creatures and we are meant to love ourselves. Find at least 1 feature about your physical appearance and show it off to everybody. I don't mean flop your boobs out but wear something that really accentuates them for you. Be proud of your body and what you like most about it. Be proud if you're good looking and look others in the eyes and smile at them! Give yourself and others confidence!

Okay, that's about as much as I can think of for now. Feel free to add any other suggestions to my guide that I may have missed.

I thought it would be interesting to learn which LOA methods you use either to be closer to source or for manifesting, why you use them and maybe a little bit about what successes and joy you've had from using them.
I'm sure there must be an old thread asking the same thing somewhere on here but I've not found it yet so I'm starting it again anyway.
Maybe some of the newbs will learn a thing or 2 in the process.

In my years of first hearing about LOA and then my more recent drive for further knowledge and education, I have learned of different methods which I'll briefly detail below with my made up names for them::

This would be the more mainstream method where you use 1 or more LOA practices to either increase your energy frequency so to attract other high frequency energies to you (as like attracts like), or, to shift into a parallel reality that matches your new frequency and where you're already living your desired life.
Notice that I have grouped both the like attracts like and parallel reality paths together under the same genre of 'living as is' because the practices used essentially are the same for both.
Practices used would be things like visualising, affirmations, RS/RI, positive thinking, vision boards, etc.
The idea here is to use 1 or more of these practices so that you effectively live as if you already have received your desire and reprogram your subconscious mind to see only this as the reality, therefore allowing abundance to flow to you without any resistance. Buckets full of faith or belief and persistence is required here.

This would be where we ask, let go and receive our desires with no other practices used.
We ask Source / The Universe / God / Jesus etc for our desires and we simply leave it to them to figure out the how's, why's and when's of how it will all come to us. We then let go of the desire, stop thinking and stop asking about it and have faith that it will be delivered to us in divine timing. We even forget about our desire if possible. As a result we then leave ourselves open to receiving our desires.
I feel all the power of this method comes from the letting go aspect and forgetting about it as I believe this removes all blocks and resistance.
This method requires no effort or practices. If you feel that the important part of letting go is hard work then this probably is not the right method to use For you. Heavily emotionally invested desires can be particularly tricky to fully let go of. The perks though are that this should require very little conscious effort on our part.

This one's pretty self explanatory. However I will state that we should never give to receive in return as my catchy title suggests, we should give only out of love. We should not do this with a sole motive of being rewarded.
You can make your own assumptions on pro's and con's for this one.

I'm sure there will be more methods that I've either forgotten or unaware of or even hybrids of the above, so I'll be grateful for you to discuss your own personal approach if you feel like sharing. And feel free to correct me on anything that you feel needs correcting, all constructive criticism is welcome.

For me, in my younger care free days I utilised letting go a lot. I was a little shit in my youth and I didn't care about anything or anyone. I was happy as long as I had enough money in my pocket for beer and other stuff but I had more than I knew what to do with, so I abused it. Everything was so easy back then. I had a good job, cars, women, a big group of friends and my health....everything!
But then career, relationships and life happened so I took my eye of the ball and ignored the validity of LOA for a while.
On my return, I used the mainstream method but this was hard work and often brought me negative things that I didn't want which occasionally made me negative.
I am now straddling between mainstream and letting go but I'm naturally drifting towards the letting go approach in my own time as I feel much closer to source this way and I'm finally remembering how it was like for me when I was younger. I simply had everything I thought I needed and more at the time.

I truly believe all and any methods are actually effective as long as they resonate with YOU as the power is, always has and always will be within YOU.

I notice I've waffled on long enough so I'm going to piss off now and welcome your comments. I will post my success and joys and maybe some of my negative examples too later on should this thread develop further.
