Do I understand this correctly? You want someone else to think in a different way?
Do ou want to help somenone and the person does not listen to your advice?

Concentrate on your relationship with this person in a positive, loving, caring way. With the time, This will eliminate any resistancies from the other person to you. it may take some time ;)
