creating my first vision board - keep it minimal?
« on: July 17, 2017, 12:51:55 AM »
Evening all,

Well at the moment I have various aspects of my life which I would like to improve no doubt, plan is to create a vision board on powerpoint? And to have few slides under health/ relationships & love life / wealth / career

Main thing is im loosing my hair, I read in the secret how she stopped her hair loss and grew it back so I plan to use the same gratitude in that sense. But I also was wondering should I put a picture up of a guy with a haircut and random people etc in good shape to visualise myself like that?

Im assuming in regards to hair I should practice gratitude then visualize the picture and imagine myself with a full head of hair? - I am completely new to this! Still grasping the basics!

Should I keep it simple for now... Or post everything I desire on there and would I have to dedicate 5 minutes etc to every part of my vision board?

Any help much appreciated!

Thanks

I've occasionally done very simple ones that included just one thing, and they just about all came true. Back in 2012 I took more time and painted a more elaborate one, that included several things. A lot of that (but not all) came true, also. So I don't think it really matters which way you do it: both are effective.

When I used them I didn't bother spending 5 minutes on each topic, or whatever: I just would look it the vision board for a few moments each day and I'd get into the feelng that it was all happening. I have to say that I was also using a bit of creative visualization each day, along with the vision board.

  • The Silver Paladin: I started the morning incredibly sick to my stomach, then I went to get my haircut, found a spider in my hair, they couldn't finish because I was bleeding and itching, then I hit someone in a parking lot, then my computer monitor died, and I just broke a glass. I just had a bad day.
