Silent Mode - Silent. Turn up the volume, you may be able to hear squeaky sound in every 5 to 10 seconds, depending on which track you have downloaded and listened to.
Meditation Mode - This mode features binaural beats that would allow you to meditate on the subliminal affirmations. (Isochronics, BWE, etc)

Hello mate, "Letting go" is a huge term. It would be effective if you would tell me the specific areas like, "Letting Go" for relationships, wealth, etc. Well, I can make a very general one but I just think that, zooming into one of these fields might be useful. =)
