Suggest a good first book for LOA

I'm new to the LOA and fascinated by it. I have done some research and read some info on the net and here and there. I would now like to read a book on the LOA.

Can anyone suggest a good first book for LOA? I have a fairly basic understanding of the concepts involved, but would not call myself an advanced user.

Any suggestions would be appreciated

I think a must read for anyone into LOA is The Secret by Rhonda Byrne.  You can find it on Amazon.  GREAT book!!!

Thanks Jake!

one more question. As far as the 'Secret' by Rhonde Bryne is concerned, Is it better to read the book or watch the movie?

Has anyone done both? what would be your recommendation

jakecoop79:
The book and the movie are great, so I would do both if you can.  If you are only interested in doing one, then I would read the book.  But it might depend on if you are engaged by movies or books more.  I enjoy reading more than watching, so the book had a little more impact on me I think.

You can't go wrong with either one though.

Hi, Okay I'm going to do a little self promoting here.  I wrote a step by step guide for using the law of attraction.  It's called Getting started with the law of attraction.  Don't be fooled by the title though.  It's a complete guide to using the law of attraction in your life to create the things you really want.  It's perfect for newbies to LOA.  Here's the link to read about the book and see what others are saying.  http://www.loaliving.com/Buy-The-Book.html

also recommend The Secret and Rich German's Living the law of attraction.
