Help on Health problem please

Hi guys i really need your help ive picked up a masive ear infection in both of my ears and ive  lost most of my hearing in both ears  i went to the doctors and its an allagy i have so she gave me Antibiotics to clear it but it will take time. Its really scary guys is there any affirmations  i could say to speed recovery. Thank you so much for reading my post xxx

annmarie - sorry to hear about your illnes..First beleive that u are fine.Relax and say "I am good hearing, I am good health , I m listening to beautiful music, I am recovery".But always say these from  relaxed state ,basicall from good feelings, not froma place of lack.
Be grateful for all the good things in ur life, be grateful for this forum , for ur eyes, ur breath, ur family, ur job , evrything under the sun

Thank you Hun for your positive feedback. Ive all ways been greatfull for what i have  .  I joined this form a few months back because i wanted my boyfriend back. And  because i have been detached about him he is always contacting me  BUT i can really say from the bottom of my heart that i couldnt care if i get back with him or not. This infection has really opened my eyes on life that your Health is EVERYTHING. and that everything else that we get  is a bonus. Peace. Happynes and Love to you all xx

Thank you Angel-Star  I think this is what i needed to get me out of the frame of mind i was in. God i feel so lucky right now of alll that i have in my life. my beautiful healthy son. and all the wonders i see every day when i open my eyes. I will be following what sneha said. sometimes it hard to stay positvive because the fear takes over because i cant hear properly and then i get bloody panic attacks. and i know thats all down to neg thinking. so from today im going to be strong and stay positive
