i know here is for loa,i believe it and use it to get my ex back.but i think i need something beside loa.to change my bad habits and behavers .i always make mistake and destroy every thing.i think ex recovery can help me, it is steps by steps. maybe it is a solution from loa. so:

Do anybody have Ex recovery system by Ashley Kay or try it?

I have a book and audio for this, not from her, but its the same thing. Both are also well known online, and many people use it. But i have to tell you its the same as LoA, work on yourself and let go.

one of the forum members here, josh, has a website and it sends out emails and some of the resources are videos by ashley kay i think
