Hello, forum friends!
I wonder if anybody has to offer or knows where I can download some free binaural recordings? Effective ones... I'm using what's on Youtube, but many say that the quality suffers when it's uploaded and what we get to hear is not as effective as it's meant to be...

Or maybe there is a software that can produce such recordings easily, according to the needs? (for dummies)

It's alright, I'm attracting more money so yeah, one day I'll probably give a try to those cd's... Must make an investment at a certain point, for my wellbeing

There are so many on the market though, and I don't know which ones are really efficient... so I'm looking for opinions about the tried and tested...

Hm, I found a nice recording (20 minutes) as a free offer from a certain website... I don't remember which it was... but it's doing a great job with me. It suddenly takes me into some interesting realms and makes me visualize beautiful places and feelings! it's so WOW! If anyone wants to give it a try, I can send it via email...

Is it also accurate that you should use headphones when listening to binaural beats to allow the differential wave frequencies into each ear separately?

Yes Royal Paul...the use of headphones is needed. Different frequencies go in each ear.

That's right. Only then the brain creates itself the target frequency, out of the difference of the 2.
You can use isochronic tones also, I don't know details about them, but headphones are not necessary with these.

There are some on YouTube where the quality suffers, but others are really good.

BrainSync - Theta Wave + Fractals

is my favorite Theta on youtube. This channel (http://www.youtube.com/kl3zkl3z) has some more there too. I like the Indigo for Quantum one a lot.

Kelly Howell guided meditation with theta binaural beats at http://www.youtube.com/user/ferry7777. The quality here is good, the only bad thing is that it chops up the 30 minutes guided meditation into three ten minute chunks, which does disturb the meditation a little.

I know my local library has some Kelly Howell audio to check out (for free of course). Check it out, yours might too!

Also check out your local library for any audios by Dr. Jeffrey Thompson.

thanks a lot for sharing this schenderson22. Hope this will speed up our manifestation process. as i'm not not good at visualizing, I'm going to listen to this while going to sleep and do my affirmations. Any suggestions ?
