No one in this world has the right to tell you when and where to enjoy and be happy about your life, or to do the things that you want to do. You can be happy if you permit yourself to be happy. Besides, that is what life is all about.

Some people find it hard to enjoy because of guilt. They believe that they cannot allow themselves to be happy while something is going on that they need to focus their attention to.

Fact #1: The more you feel guilty, the more circumstances and situations appear that tend to make you feel guilty.

Fact #2: The more you enjoy, become happy, and do the things that you like to do, the better and happier your experiences become.

Keep in mind that you deserve to be happy, and more importantly, you must possess this feeling at all times in order for your emotions to be in line with your desires. When your thoughts and your emotions are at the same frequency level, the universe interprets this as a ‘go signal’ for it to begin manifesting your desire into your reality.

Life is all about joy, love, and peace. Live it with passion for success. Be excited about having what you are desiring for, for once you have thought of having it, the universe is already in motion to give it to you.

Excellent, excellent post. If I may, I'd like to add one thing, and I don't necessarily expect complete agreement.

I look at some of the negative feelings, such as guilt, as a sign of laziness. Maybe it's my gym rat background, but I tend to equate any thing you know you shouldn't be doing, such as guilt or jealousy, or eating trash and watching too much tv, as a sign of pure sloth.

I understand that it can take work to free yourself from some of these things, but that is all the more ammo for a huge payoff. The confidence and belief that you HAVE tossed negativity by the wayside and begun to foster GREAT feelings seems to act as a snowball.

Hope I didn't hijack your thread. I didn't feel it prudent to start a new topic, and yours seems to fit perfectly.
