Visualization with eyes open

I find it hard to visualize vividly with my eyes closed.  Does anyone visualize with their eyes open?  Is it powerful enough?

I always visualize with my eyes closed, but I don't think it matters either way. As long as you can clearly see your vision in as much detail as possible, and feel great about it... then that's all that matters.

I visualize with open eyes. It comes naturally to me, sometimes when I'm alone I act out scenes as though I'm actually talking to the guy I'm attracting, it feels really good so I just do it!

I visualize with open eyes too.it seems so natural and vivid for me and I can feel it better.

I visualize both ways.  It is a matter of personal preference.  Whatever feels good to u....

That's really good to know. I always thought one must visualize with our eyes close to feel the effect.

I agree that visualizing with opening eyes is more effective. I think it helps me to stay in the NOW and HERE

i do visualize both open & closed.,. when im using open eyes, it could be that I see something i really wanted & visualizing me & that certain object & shifting the environment to a scene i wanted to imagine (just like how i really wanted to own an audi luxury sportscar) (or a move/video clip of a beautiful house w/ me inside it),..closed eyes well it happens all the time,. but i feel that open eyes is more effective to me since details are just so vivid and keeps coming

This is an interesting thread.  I was wondering this myself not too long ago.  I do better with my eyes open.

I do this all the time when I think deep, it gets even better when my environment is actually nice like whenever I'm near nature. I tried it with my eyes closed but I fell asleep sadly.

i visualize both ways.
with close eyes i can focus more and see more details but sometimes i feel sleepy .for me open eyes is harder to Concentrate at first, but i can feel more love. so, i love it and i use it more specially, when i'm tired.i think both of them is good and it depends on yourself    just feel love and enjoy your visualization,its not like a homework that u must finish it just for Fixing obligate. imagination and feeling good both should be together and i think visualization without feeling love is like a body without soul.
