hey and welcome here- you find alot of help here and you will learn that much....

i dont use visualing, just when i send out my wish, I feel the feeling as if it happened already, then I move on, dont concentrate on it and just believe and stay in this mindset. When I visualize, i feel like I get attched and thats what I dont want. but at least, you have to find out whats the best way for you.

Hello...I am new as well

I do visualize and feel very good about it when i do.

I visualize while i am looking at my vision board sometimes..i like to look at it and take it all in, the pictures, the phrases..it just gives me a good positive feeling. Through out the day when thinking about the things on my board, my desires, my dreams...my happiness i will visualize!!! And its done usually at home, when i get out of work, at my computer (its haning in my den/home office and especially before bed.

I find it hard to do at work unless i am gazing out the window or sitting having lunch...then sometimes my ''visions'' get the best of me...i liken it to a day dream. Before bed time is the best time they say though:)

I have found (posted about this actually) that many small things on my vision board have manifested quickly..i would say its a combination of asking, visualizing & what i placed on my vision board, which i enjoyed making and LOVE looking at everyday!

Have you manifested things, people, etc. yet?

i think you are right by visualizing the feeling, but i try not to think about that person. afraid that i am getting sad and stuff, but i made my vision board as well, only 2 days now and waiting for success

what did you manifest with it?
and do you work with a script?
