Isnt Venus retrograde in gemini right now though until june 27th? Doesnt that affect all signs and means your not suppose to start any relationship right now? This is suppose to be one of the biggest years ever for my sign and to find love and all that other good stuff this year (would say my sign but dunno who's lurking on this forum) but everything ive read says wait til after the 27th. I know its not set in stone but I do pay attention to astrological influences because ive seen first hand over and over how they can affect things.
Yes Venus is retrograde and has been since 5/15..I believe. It's not a good time to start anything with relationships or money (think about facebook's stock). This is because Venus' energy is internalized. Be cautious with love and money.
Also, if you know which house(s) Gemini and venus falls in your natal chart, you'll have a better understanding of its effects. Anytime a planet goes retrograde it's a time to reevaluate, re-live...reveal.
My Venus is in Gemini (Gemini rules communications...thoughts I've been more inclined to learn about metaphysical stuff lately. I've had several revelations since April...the retrograde's shadow period)
Gemini also rules my 6th house (health) and 7th house(partnerships). My health has been fine..but people from my past have popped up.

In the past I felt more of the retrogrades directly affect my life than I do now. I havent felt venus retrograde at all this year and I should especially based on my sign. Everything is improving with my close relationships and not going backward at all. Im getting along with friends/family more than I have in a long time, money is still tight but steadily that situation is getting better and ive got an amazing job opportunity. Im also not thinking of past relationships and no one is popping up from my past. Im wondering if those influences affected me more in the past because I believed they did and prepared for it. I still have some interest in astrology but I really think the power of your thoughts and beliefs overpower everything else.
