So, I've been bother by this question for quite some time. The reason this question occurred to me is because sometimes, deliberately choose to feel good about my desire seems HARD and REQUIRE EFFORT to focus/ visualize/ affirm... Whereas, if I would just choose to distract myself from my desire and just feel good generally about anything, it is always easier.
However, if I constantly choose to feel good generally about anything, though it's easier, will my specific desire manifest?
Or will I only attract some general feel good stuff ?

Hi jokes_erm,

I have similar experience, when I think about my desire, I must be honest that maintaining good feeling is very hard, but when I like to think about the life generally I can focus on a good feelings longer and sometimes even with days. And yes, things are getting interesting and nice, but only on my life.
For example: last week I was on skiing alone, by myself, and I had no bed feeling about going alone, knowing nobody there ( it was a trip outside of my country). But guess what: I met new friends from the first day, I was accepted by all, everybody were nice and friendly and everybody wanted to help me. I had a time of my life. :)
But yesterday I was very depressed, and all things turned upside down. I simply new that whatever I try do do it won't work, so I kept myself away of everything.
So for me feeling generally good is better, rather feeling good about my desire, because when I think about my desire I get obsessed about it and after a while I am getting depressed.

I would say...your end goal should be to be HAPPY.If you are able to feel good with your desire nothing like that but since I understand for most of us most of the time its not the case..hence we should divert ourselves to other things in our life which make us feel good/happy.
I read a article few days back which said........" At times when one is not able to visulaize good about one's desire due to various reasons,one should instead focus on the byproduct of the desire because often we have less limiting beliefs associated with the by products,lets say for example : Someone wants to attract a lot of money but whenever he/she focuses on attracting money he/she counters his/her own limiting beliefs which potrays lack of money so in that case instead of focusing/visualizing money,one should focus on lets say..giving money away to charities or buying expensive gifts to family (because to do that you should have much more than enough money).

I can feel you and I understand that feeling good generally is easy and it really FEELS AWESOME! Haha.
but, if I were to attract a specific desire into my experience, don't I need to align with my desire?
So, here comes the question.
Does feeling good GENERALLY also mean alignment with my specific desire? Or just alignment with my general well-being ??

So, from your reply, your stance in this case would be to feel good about the subject of your desire in order to attract that specific desire?? Instead of just feeling good generally about anything?

i understand you , the reason it is sometimes difficult to feel good about what we want is because we don-t believe we can get it in that moment.

i find it much easier to first feel as good as possible, by doing anything to feel good and better right now (get a coffee, ice cream, listen to music, do sport, go for a walk, watch some movie, meet friends) and all the time i feel great then i think about what i want to have, and just feel like i also dont force it, cause i already feel great
