Hi there,

I've seen around on the forum and also been advised directly to use some subliminal thing for affirmations etc.

But I haven't been able to find anyone that works on a mac, only on windows OS.

So any help on this front from you wise people?

P.S.: I'm a newbie at LOA, so to me many of you are wise, but please don't think I make you superhuman or semi-gods or the like. You're just people who have gained knowledge and and now helping other do the same

Hi MeraBaccha,

As with "binaural beat" recordings I've never seen any evidence that these subliminal messages work. If anyone has used them and seen any changes perhaps they could let me know.

I'm sure you'll find something if you do a Google search, if you really want to try them.

I do wonder what you want to use them for.
Usually, they are (supposed) to change various beliefs you may hold, over a period of time - depending on how long you spend looking at your computer screen.
There are quicker ways to make changes within yourself, if that's what you want to do.

hmm...so you're saying it's basically like some of those videos on youtube with messages flashing on the screen?

Personally I am using EFT and it's having a really positive effect on me, but I was curious as to what the subliminal thingy was, so looked around a bit.

So you think I should just stick with the EFT thing?

I listened to subliminal CD's for months and never noticed any change. I played them all day long too on repeat. If anyone has had luck with subliminals, I would love to hear it.

If you have something that is working for you I would stick with it.
