Subliminal messages to get my ex back

Hi! I'm new to this LOA community and just learning the basic principles of LOA.

I'm just curious...which text messages should I load into my subliminal visualizer application if my goal is to get my ex boyfriend back? Should I write something like: "He is in love with me, he wants me back" etc.
Should I even try such thing or is it better just to keep focusing on myself by writing messages like: "I'm completely over him, I love myself, I'm letting him go"...

Please help! I believe in power of LOA and it worked for me before, just cannot figure out how to apply it in this particular situation.

I would think about your end result and focus on yourself.

"I'm completely over him" - if you are that, how would you know? Get specific, then shorten them down to a single short sentence.

I'd start writing all the things that you want. As you write them out, notice how you feel.

Begin :

I am...
I have....
I feel....

I want is in the future.

If the above is too much of an ouch or a stretch. Write

I choose.. .
I intend....

Then I'd only select 2 or 3  statements as the ones that you really want to absorb. Those that make you go ouch are an indication that you have a belief etc. That needs changing or altering.
