Students stress blocks the manifestations?

So its session of exams for me and im having hard time manifesting my dreams. i think that it is because of stress i endure for past few months.
and the fact that i cant find ob for this summer really makes me sad

anyway, how is it possible to lower a stress level?
Any advices how to work with LOA during such hard periods?
Any similar problems and solutions?
