Signs or LAW?

Hi everyone

I am new on this site, I discovered LAW a year ago, but had used it all my life, or at least that is what I think. For a year I have tried to make some of my dreams come true using affirmation, visionboard, lists and emotion control twice a day, but it doesn't work that way for me. On the contrary, I often get the opposite of what I want when I use these tools..

The only way it seems to work for me is by only making one affirmation, have one instant feeling, having one dream (sometimes lucid dreams)

For example if I want someone to text me, I write the text as if the other person was texting me, and then I most of the time I recieve a similar text from the specific person.
Sometimes I get a strange feelings about something is going to happen, good and bad, and then some good or bad happens. I can imagine/dream at night me getting a specific job, friend, boyfriend, thing and I get it, often with months or years delay though

So far so good, now I am doubting if I at all using the LAW? Because I can't seem control intentionally everyting myself what I am getting. Only small stuff like text messages, though I in my entire life has got a feeling that I get everything I want, but perhaps I am only getting what my subconscious tells me, so perhaps all I can do is recieve signs and not at all use LAW??? Have anyone else here had the same doubts?

LOA is there - it's simply exists - you can't choose to not use it and it goes away - you will simply attract by default - which everyone who hasn't heard of it does anyway. For you - it seemed what you attracted was generally pretty good. For many attracting by default was not so good because of negative thoughts / limiting beliefs etc. The idea of deliberate manifesting is to attract ONLY the things we want.

Maybe a limiting belief for you is that you are only able to manifest small things deliberately. Perhaps you could look at why that is or alternatively look at the manifesting of small things as proof to bank when working on the big things.

Perhaps what I could do is take my own advice!!

you are right  I also believe loa is always working, perhaps I am a bit limited in my belief, despite the fact that some pretty amazing things had happened to me.

Nova, keep coming here in the forum and read more of the experiences of everyone here in their LOA journey, this really helps me a lot as I gained strength here LOA always works, consciously or unconsciously! Like what Lise had said on deliberate manifestation, you need to clear out first those blockages in your subsconscious mind. Look at life as a very amazing and very wonderful experience, do the things that you love. Be truly grateful for all of the blessings that you receive and LOA will bring more of people, events and situations to give you more reasons to smile.
