RIGHT NOW i have problems staying detached

hey there...

my day began not very good cause of feeling detached to my ex and the outcome...
then i got this sign which i asked for, lifted my spirit.

just now i did RS with the mp3 and feel soooo detached now and that bothers me and distracts me 

do you know why or is it not good for me to send this ball?

Wait, so you feel detached and it bothers you? Usually being detached is a good thing, it frees you from the need of another person to make you happy.
I think attached might be the word you're looking for. But anyway, I first did the RS thing yesterday with the mp3 and it made me feel really good, so not sure what happened there with you. But yeah, only send the ball if its positive thoughts!

Being detached is the key to manifesting your desire. It's just something you gotta do if you want to get your ex back. It can be a little scary at first, but trust that the universe won't forget your desire. It's actually very relieving after a while!

this mp3 is amazing and i feel really good by doing it, but afterwards i recognize, that i think of him more and more and was even thinking... when? and if not? why isnt he answering me?
and thats not good i know, gets my in a bad cycle of being attched very much and i have been there before.

well, i decided- i dont send the ball that often. yesterday i looked and dreamed at my visionboard while hearing relaxing music and that made me feel better.

Well that's where having FAITH comes in. It's easy to have faith when you can see results happening, but the most important time to have faith and believe that your
desire will happen is when you don't see any results yet. Don't think of the how, just focus on the outcome. I know, it's tough. I'm going through a similar situation as you, as are
many other people on this forum. Love yourself and be okay with whether or not your desire manifests. Remember, the faster you detach, the better you feel, and the faster your desire manifests! And yeah, send the love ball maybe just a few times a week, but focus on yourself first and foremost.

yeah youre right- today i am feeling much better already and yeah, will do this loveball when i feel to do it.
i know he comes back, i know and feel it.... but after sending this ball i feel like getting impatient and stuff.

what i decided.... when looking at my visionboard, which includes me and him, sending him healing thoughts, a healing ball- cause he really needs to heal- and healing is love as well--- thank you for putting me on path again

A big part of the process for me has been to figure out which techniques work for me and which don't.  Maybe the whole energy ball thing isn't for you and that's okay.  Don't feel like you have to do something in a specific way because it's worked for some people.  if you force it, it won't be effective at all because it won't be coming from the right place.

well i had a nice long 3 paragraph response goin on........but i said eh forget it.

if it doesnt feel right dont do it.  theres a reason.  establish yourself before doing things like rs.  otherwise you send love from a place of desperation and not a place of love. 

remember, you arent doing this to get them back.  you are doing it just to send them love.  if you do it for the first reason, youre gonna screw yourself.
