Hey everyone

Im learning remote influence from gerald o'donnel
About being in theta state
A little confuse here
What do we do after we be in theta?
Do we visualize?
So during visualization we must stay in theta?

I just started looking into and practicing this myself. From what I read you can visualize and influence another in the alpha state. Influencing for the thetha state is more effective, but harder to do. Because the theta state is that state right before you fall asleep it is hard to maintain control of the visualization. But if you can manage to hold on to the visuals as you fall asleep it will have a big effect on the person!
I could be wrong (Im definitely no expert here!) but I think you can start visualizing while in alpha state and try to hold on to the visualiztion as firmly as you can up until that moment you fall asleep. If anyone else knows more and can share, Id be really interested on any other advice too!

Gerald o'donnel teach how to be in theta wave yet we are still conscious its like our brain is in theta but our body is awake.
He ask us to restore the feeling being in theta
But i still cant manage to store the feeling for a long time
Maybe i need practice.
