i m really surrounded by people who some way or another discourage me and spoil my mood. i know we should not think what other thinks but some comments on how i look really spoil my mood as i m sensitive to it and specially when it comes from people i hate. and when they do.......it spoils my mood for long time. please tell me how can i use loa to kick these people out of my life or atleast their a**..... i know its childish but it giving me hell lot of problem

Notice where you focus is. Everything depends on how you react to things and people around you. Your emotional reactions are your reactions to their behaviour. Isn't it wonderful that they are showing you so many things you don't like and can change.

If you don't like these people around you, the obvious choice is to move. If you can't move, then you need to create your own haven where you are. Start imaging times without them. Keep going, job done.

I know how you feel. At my old job my boss made my life pure hell. Or should I say tried to make it pure hell. I'm the one that allowed her to do it. It wasn't until recently that I realized this truth.

I would recommend that you find ways to detach from these people. If you can't do it physically (move, leave a situation, etc.), then do it emotionally. Don't let them get to you. I know it isn't easy, but there are techniques to get control of the negative emotions. EFT is great and I like the Sedona method as well.

I'll say this too: in an angry, frustrated state, we aren't going to attract anything wonderful for ourselves. Get these people out of your life, emotionally at least, as soon as possible.
