I read that it takes at least 5 mintues to relax listening to the audio before you get close to the state. What you did today was perfect, you want to be as close to sleep mode as you can. This is the most relaxed you can be, without falling asleep.

I read in many books, and videos from Ester, that this state between sleep and being awake is the perfect for manifestation. Its a way to program your brain for the outcome you desire.

I have another question:
1. Do we say aloud what we already have? For e.g. if we want to manifest a brand new car, do we say aloud how we are already driving the car, feeling the breeze, the smell of the leather etc?

Yea describe everything, what you see on the road, how the car feels. Its like having a picture infront of you, and you are telling someone what it looks like.

Hmmm i think that would be under Remote Viewing and Remote Influencing, where you project yourself into someone else. Its kinda like seeing the world by their eyes, what they feel and maybe drop some ideas in there

. Give it a try, there are many articles on that stuff. USA and Russia invested millions into this stuff many years ago.

Ok, I have another question for Stefzilla or anyone else. At the moment, I have two very big goals. Can I do this Electric Manfesting twice a day for each of the goals? If so, what is the rest interval in between each session?

One thing so important that I read today that I've always wanted to know about visualization/meditation is where exactly do I place my eyeballs when my eyes are closed. I quote the article: "With your eyelids closed, turn your eyeballs upward slightly --about
20 degrees up or as far as is comfortable -- and mentally see and say

, kidding. When i close my eyes i try to find whatever is most comfortable for me, i do have to say i look up a little when i close them, so i think they give you good advice. But in your case do whatever takes the least amount of effort on your part, and have them so you dont have to strain or focus on keeping them relaxed.

I dont see why you cant do it more than once, if you can get yourself back into that state. For me its hard to do it during the day, i have too much on my mind, and for some reason i wake up feeling kinda down in the morning and i feel better and better as they day goes on about my situation. So when i do this before bed its a positive time for me, and i am also relaxed and kinda falling asleep as it is.

You can repeat your desires as many time as you like, but i find once you start talking about it new things start coming into the picture. Like if you are driving the car, you might drive past something or see a new feature in the car you didnt see few minutes ago. Dont fight it , let it play out like a little mini movie.

when i go into this other person, it says i have to go into a memory at the point when things changed for the good.
is that imagining this or real?
