Can i attract monsoon rains using loa? Is it possible? Can i alone do it? It hasn't rained for a long time here. Life's getting terrible for everyone.even monsoons have failed. Rivers have dried up.agricultural activities have seized. Plz tell me how can i attract heavy rains. Its for the welfare of all my people:(
