Hi, Kins 9! First of all, I want to tell you that I don't want to judge you, so excuse me if my words sound like that.
I think that you should read your post; look at it, what do you see? You've answered your own question, don't you think? It's up to you to choose your own thoughts, and clearly, you're not choosing the right ones. That could have started some months ago... you allowed your mind to be filled with bad thoughts and you didn't stop... so, guess what?... Well, you can see the result. BUT!! I'm sure you know that you can change that
Next, I want to suggest you something that worked for me in the past, when I felt more or less like you; I continue to use it now, but in a different way.
Let's begin with something simple: take a piece of paper and make a list of the things, people around you, events, etc. on your life that make you feel grateful. At the beggining, I'm sure you'll look at the paper and think that you can't be grateful for nothing, but make an effort. And then, tell us how do you feel after doing this.
