i was  sending love last night to my guy... this is what i experienced ...

i pictured us sitting and talking while surrounded by the pink bubble.. we were talking and laughing

i suddenly got up and started to walk away ... he reached out and said dont go.. and i said no i have to go

then i thought NO and (i tried to rewind)..lol... but i still walked away ... i tried to start over but got the same scenario
so i decided to quit ...is this me letting go ?

because i know he is still what i want

If he is still what you want, and you're able to take care of your own needs, then yes! You're not giving up on him or anything, just able to let go

It's beautiful that you can place yourself and your needs ahead of all others, including him.

Before, I was afraid to let go, and had similar feelings when I did because I thought letting go means not desiring anymore (and even forgetting about the one person you love so much). But through the support in this forum, I've learnt that it's more about having him in your heart while enjoying your life without constantly thinking and stressing over him. =)

Yes Kaori i knw that feeling all too well... but i have decided i cannot control what he does ... i was going to the place i met him for awhile and i cant say i wont ever go again... but i know when i see him there it just =sets me back... because i see him and i want to touch him and right now i cant .. or if i see him talking to a girl i get panic stricken... so its best for me to just stay away

I know i am getting to the letting go point alot has been hap[pening over the last few weeks .. and its time.. if this is meant to be it will be i believe it is and i will keep believeing until im shown something different
