Update: I have noticed vast improvements in muscle mass the past few days, incredible

also my skin is really looking good! people keep complimenting how healthy I look, and  I keep saying "I am grateful for my healthy, radiant and glowing complection!" while visualising it and listening to music to get me in the mood! AMAZING!!!

i manifested myself 10.00 call time credit this evening too.. i was thinking about my phone and how i wont have enough to call my sister tomorrow as i am helping her do some art.. and voila! my phone went and a system message form O2 said i was owed 10! sent from the u!!

Would also second the yogurt - I have recently discovered yogurt masks and they are really improving my skin.  It may not work for everyone, but in case it helps:

1. Clean your skin as thoroughly as possible (to try to remove as much p. acnes bacteria and dead skin cells as possible)
2. Rub live yogurt into your skin and leave it there. the theory is that the good bacteria from the yogurt (which produces helpful vitamins and reduces inflammation) replaces the harmful p. acnes bacteria (which creates inflammation and infection)

i have been having fun with LOA the past few days "aqquainting" myself so i fully believe in it before manifesting more..this morning have been having some fun and manifested my favourite dog that i have not seen in ages and then played with car colours (red car, black car,  a truck etc) as well as a 1.00 coin on the floor on my way to the shop i used to buy some pasta with in order to build more muscle to make me feel good to help my complection ! the whole thing is all connected and i get it!

Awesome Craig! Even I play with vehicle colours. I ask for a particular colour of vehicle and in a few seconds, it appears. Its such a simple exercise but makes me feel so powerful
