Is it possible to manifest clear skin

Hi all,

I am looking to help myself manifest clear skin but wondered if this was possible.  I have taken action and supplied myself with the facial scrub, moisturiser etc (grooming products) that my skin gets along best with (Dove soap as well because my skin is very fragile).  Could somebody help give me some tips on how to "think" getting healthier and clearer skin??

Oh, I'd also like to manifest a more muscular body too. I do 20 situps and pressups and 80 dumbell reps a day and eat nothing but pasta, chicken fruit and veg and water with some flax seeds thrown in for good measure!

One of the best ways to start is to be grateful for your healthy and clear skin as though it already exists.  In addition, be grateful for all the good in your life.  Making a list is very helpful.  Reading it aloud each night before bed adds to the strength of manifestation.

I have found that drinking Apple Cider Vinegar three times a day is very good at clearing up my skin.  I drink two teaspoons and 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda in 8 oz of water.  I add lemon juice to help with the flavor.

I definitely think you can use loa on your skin. It is always the case in my life that stress causes bad skin for me. I have found that when my skin is bad, it stresses me out even more, and I end up giving it way too much attention, like touching it all the time which is not good for zits.  I will tell myself that I am done stressing about my skin and move on. I think the combination of me "letting go" makes me quit messing and stressing with it and it always clears up.
I find this works for me with my weight. If I find I have gained a few pounds, I will stress out about what I eat and then feel bad all the time. When I let it go, I find that food has much less power and I don't overeat and I get back to where I need to be.

Good luck! You will be fine. I agree about the probiotics. schenderson22- I've never tried the vinegar, but it sounds like it might put hair on my chest I'll give it a try anyway next time I find myself breaking out!

Hey its definitely possible to manifest clear skin by LOA. The above advices/suggestions really help. In addition to that you can look up for a pic of a person with beautiful skin (can search on google) or think of a person you know whose skin you admire. Imagine how good you would feel to have that skin yourself! Everytime you look into the mirror, praise how radiant your skin is. If there are eny zits or such on your face, ignore them and concentrate on a patch of your skin thats really clear and healthy. Its okay even if it is a small patch. Give all the love and gratitude for that healthy skin. Looking in the mirror, repeat to yourself that you have the best skin in the world. And do it with a broad smile You'll get great skin for sure.

I have done this. One night I looked in the mirror and told myself that my skin is GLOWING. Next morning my cousin came home. She saw me and asked with wonder 'What have you done to your skin? It's beautifully GLOWING!!' That's the power of LOA

I did not expect so many kind replys. I guess I am used to being ignored heh. Thank you so much for taking the time to write all of those wonderful replys. I will make a list of what needs to be done today I think followed by a list of "8 glasses water, fruit veg, grooming routine" etc as I think that will help. I drink nothing but water and love it!! I thank that we live on such a beautiful planet with an abundance of water!!

I would like to have money to buy my brother a studio because he is into photography, my mother some for travelling, my sister a car, my father a cottage by the sea

I would like to travel and visit the serengeti wildlife park, and I would like to do an english language course.  there is a pharmacy 2 mins from me that would be an ideal starting point to get the money as i have recently got a nvq 1+2+3 in pharmacy dispensing (lao working but i did not know about it then!) so perhaps that might be an idea?? any grand wealth i have i have always given away to people who need it.  oh and a nice partner too, well i actually manifested this girl i fancy the othe day, i just kept believing i would bump into her, did so in town and only 2 days later realised !!

Staying positive relieves the stress thereby repairing cells. Keep doing those exercises and filling your body with water and all those things everyone suggested. It had been 2 days of positivity and me telling myself i "love my radioant, healthy, clear and irresistable" skin and it is GLOWING! i see a big differance already! ive also:

- Drinking 8 glasses water only
- Exercise morning and night
- Walk Dog/ Jog morning and night to get fresh air then go out in the day if i am not working
- Eating lots of healthy food, veg, fruit, pasta
- Ordered 10 bottles of grooming products to tide me over so I dont have to worry about running out!
