I believe if i have postive thoughts and take action i can acheive what ever i want in my life, however i have many dreams and ambitions that i would love to live and touch but cant see them realisticly in front of me as of now from where i am. What im wonderning is if i send out postive vibrations about meeting a celebrite i really like for example will i eventually attract and manifest a clear open unmissable opportunity to reach that goal and meet that person.

Or another example if i wanted to become a film actor, which i do, i need to send postive vibrations out and over time i will attract it and then be shown the ideal way to my dream and when i am shown the way i then take action to grab it with both hands.

Am i on the right track?

You are pretty much on the right track... sadly it doesn't work THAT easily .

It does not matter how VIVIDLY you see the picture or image of what you want, it's the thought that counts. Positive thoughts must be thought ALL THE TIME, if you want to manifest everything you want. NEVER!!!! think negatively of anyone or ANYTHING.

It's not only about POSITIVE thoughts, it's more like CONSTANT happiness (feelings are very important) and positivity.

If you truly want to meet a famous celeb (dunno who ) then constantly think of meeting that person. Think of how you will do it joyfully. Tell yourself over and over again: I HAVE MET (enter name here).

If you already tell yourself you have it, then you are already on a great path to manifestation.

The most important thing however is that YOU! have to BELIEVE that you have met this person. IT HAS ALREADY HAPPENED. THERE IS NO ROOM FOR DOUBT 100% BELIEF.

If you do not believe, it is not possible.

Meeting a celebrity is easy. Yes,if you imagine it happening, it can and will.  What you have to be careful of is "a clear open unmissable opportunity". You can never tell how or where an opportunity will present itself. Focus on the end result. i.e. where would you be, how will you be talking, behaving etc.

Film actor. - How would the end result look? How would you know that you are a film actor. Being an actor, doesn't just happen by going to drama class. Just look a Patrick Swayze.

It's all about the end result. 

The more you do, to achieve your goals, the more opportunities you will have achieving them. The more you do, the more you'll believe it will and can happen.

It all comes down to thoughts and feelings. Feelings will out. How many think it would be a good idea to quit smoking. Great,thought, yet the feeling doesn't match up.
