I finally gave up altogether. No more Ex. No more big world-saving plans. I realised if i don't change myself, if i don't do something to get happy, to stabilise my emotional rollercoaster i will reach a miserable end, leaving much more suffering behind as much i feel. I have to do something. I used to be a happy child, i used to be a happy adolescent. And i don't want to battle with depression for the rest of my life, because it is unfair. How am i supposed to feel happy, to feel connected to source if i have this illness. It is a huge drawback. I don't know what depression is from LOA's perspective. But i need help to get rid of it. I don't want to use drugs, because they would slowlyy destroy my liver and kidneys, not to mention that most of them increase suicidal rates. I want to know what depression is so that i can finish it before it finishes me. For years now I am a loner, i have no friends, my love who gave purpose to living left me, my past decisions are continuously destroying my present. I became such a negative person that i cannot even stand myself. If i see someone happy i can only think that he or she is faking it. For years now i only feel stoic emptyness, I am bored about everything, i completely lost my motivation to do anything. I can only live in the past, i always did. I couldn't appreciate the present but i long for my past, and these feelings slowly eat me up.
Please if any of you have any experience with dealing with depression. Using LOA to get rid of it, using LOA to become an emotionally stabile person, please i need every helping thought and LOA "gimmick" right now. Thank you!

I know what it is like. But i don't know what it is like to be in the vortex for a long time, or how it is possible.

Can you tell when you accidently find yourself in there? like through out the day?

When you find yourself in there, milk it. And do your affirming and all your "on-purpose" thoughts and imagining of your desires when in the vortex.

The longer you milk it and the longer you practice those thoughts, remember the 17 seconds thing? The longer you do it, the more thoughts like those, come back to you via LOA. The more happpier you feel the more reasons LOA gives you to be happy.

ANd its not about staying in the vortex for good, or for a long time, its about getting in there when you choose to, by guiding your thoughts to ones that feel better, NOT ones youre "supposed" to think, just what FEELS better. and not stressed when you get kicked out cuz you know you can get back in.. and you just keep getting back in and keep getting back in, until you practice that vibration so much that you will hit a point where it becomes how you predominantly feel, how you feel now happened the same way. Just habit, just focus.

I honestly didnt start seeing a real change until I stopped giving a fuck about the manifestations and gave up the struggle  of trying to make my surroundings change and made feeling good my only priority. Things really clicked when I made that decision and then manifestations galore.. manifestationfest hahah . no but seriously my life is just ... amazing.... There are no words to describe the peace and happiness I feel now and Im getting manifestations, this stuff really works and they arent just "little" things.... some days Im just speechless and cant believe I almost killed myself at one point because Im so in love now with myself and my life...

Youre at a good place dude, because now you seem to care mostly about feeling good, thats what it takes to really "get" this. and THEN manifestations come. I have a copy on pdf of "Ask and It is Given" if you want it.

I know when i am in the vortex when everything seems fine. When in i feel that everything is going to be fine, i feel satisfied, i feel peace with everything and i see the beauty in life. But i find it hard to stay there and to steer my thoughts and my feelings toward something less resisting when i am depressed. I have no control over my feelings. I feel like the victim of my own mind, of my own feelings, because i have no motivation to change anything when i am depressed, everything seems pointless and dumb, even though i have experienced many successes with LOA.

I want to add that getting in the vortex is easier if our body is functioning optimally!   I often have the same problem of staying in the good place because I get depressed.  Do you know of a medical practitioner who uses mostly natural sources to change medical problems?    I have had my thyroid diagnosed as a bit low for many years.   I have never taken drugs for it because I try not to do Rx type of drugs, and because my blood tests were in the very low normal range.     Working with an MD of integrative medicine and acupuncture doctor I have been taking natural supplements to increase energy.  Thus it is easier to get out of depression these days.    Going through stress burns out the adreanals as well as the thyroid.   Also there are ways to increase seratonin and dopamine to help feel better.

I can relate to what you are saying here. A few months ago I really felt like my thoughts were controlling me and not the other way around. I knew I was attracting more negative but just felt like I couldn't help it.

Something that really helped me was to keep a daily journal of my mood. I printed out a  blank calendar and wrote down each day what my mood was and I also rated it like on a scale of 1 - 10. It really helped me to see that it was a cycle that I was attracting and that I was in control. After about a month of doing that it became much easier for me to choose better thoughts. Hope that helps some.
