But are you certain you're feeling lazy? Sometimes we avoid things because we feel overwhelmed and don't know how to start things. Other times it's just a matter of building momentum again. It's kind of like riding a bike. When you're already in motion, it's easier to go faster, you already have energy pushing along with you. But when you've stopped, you have to use a lot of energy to get the bike moving again. If that's the case, just find something small to do, just to get started and once you get into that, you'll start feeling more motivated to do more.
