This is a great post and great informations, but I believe that there's something missing: should we do this if we feel attached? In my oppinion the desire of rushing things happening is a sign of attachment... what do you think about this?
hmm i feel attached right now cause too many things to try out.
and i think these affirmations would really work with being in a deep minstate, where you can reprogramm your beliefs etc. what you think?
