help with LOA please !

Hi ! As I'm new to the forum, I need your guys help pleaseee
How do you ask for what you want ? Do I just say it out loud once ? Or write it down ?
I'm not very good at visualising, is this bad ?
How do I know when to stop asking or to let go ?
Any help would be appreciated . Thankyouu :-)

Dear lovetheangels,

The four steps of loa-- Ask, Believe, Receive, Take Action

1) When you want something, you put all your energy in the thoughts. Well, having a proper thought about what you want is important. The more clear you are about what you want, the quicker you will manifest it.

2) Once you ask, believe that you deserve it and you will get it.

3) After you believe, you should be ready to receive it in any form. Suppose you want a handbag of your choice and you do not have the necessary money to buy it then, do not feel that you have to save up a lot and only after that you will get it. May be a friend or a stranger may gift it to you. Do not think then that how would I accept this from this particular person. Just accept it. You wanted the handbag after all, right?

4) Suppose it is a particular job, you want and well, you get the chance to give the interview at an office which is far away say about 2000 kilometers away. But you are also stuck up with some other thing which is high on the priority list. So what do you do? Get confused... Nah, just decide and take the next step. Universe manifests our things  quicker than we think, if we are stubborn about our aim.

But for all these, you need to have an open mind. We need to give time to the Universe to manifest our goals. Follow whatever method suits you, but make sure that you follow the steps in whatever way possible.

Lovetheangels, welcome here in the forum! Shirankya offered a very good advice on getting what you want. Not until the movie "The Secret" landed into my hands that I realized the reason why I didn't get anywhere, for I didn't even know what will make me truly happy and I didn't ask as well lol I will say that the negative and limiting beliefs associated with the desires of our hearts that will hinder us from getting what we want. But when you know what are the negative and limiting beliefs you have - the desire is good as "granted" for you will soon be taking steps to let those go I started mine with a very small manifestation and now, my manifestations got bigger and bigger - as my resistance became history It just amazed me everyday that even in impossible situations, I am able to travel many, many times this year - and my first out of the country! Oh my God, really have lots of reasons to be grateful for - and a lot more coming up Keep coming here, you will learn a lot from everyone here

LOL I am carried away of just writing here and wasn't able to answer your questions Lovetheangels! First, ask yourself what is it that you really want in your life, in your physical health, financial and in your relationships, career, things you want to have...anything that will make you happy! You can write all of them and put it in your magical creation box, and truly believe that everything that you will write in there will be given to you, at the right and perfect way, at the right and perfect time. You can also read them as your affirmations, read them aloud at least twice a day, when you get up and before you go to sleep. I too was not that good in visualizing, but after many months, I then decided that I am ready to do my meditation and visualization. It is not bad, what is important you are making your steps towards everything that your heart so desires! To let go all of the negative and limiting beliefs, yet focusing on the outcome, that the desires of your heart will come at the right and perfect time and way should be there every step of our LOA journey

Asking is perpetual. It happens all the time. so, what you are thinking about is what you are asking...

1. Visualize means...see a movie of what you want in your mind... + feel the feeling of having it now! + enjoy the feeling so much that you forget about 'having' that desire..because you already have it!

2. Meditate everyday. For around 15 minutes is enough.
3. Do vortex wheel processes for anything you feel bad or have a wrong belief upon
4. Appreciate and Enjoy the world. Feel grateful for all the good stuff you have and also for what you want...thank God for giving you all the things you want...even if they've not come yet...what you thank about is what you receive..
5. Help others selflessly. When you help, you receive the same thing 1000 times back.
6. Love unconditionally. When you start doing this, you will find the world pure and perfect. You'll manifest everything instantly and faster than ever..I've seen this happen to me,.. Law of Attraction is not new. Ancient Hindu Tantra and Philosophy is all filled with Law of Attraction...In fact, it is the way of reaching God, not just attaining little desires...but of course..when you have God, little desires don't matter...they just come about...on their own..

Aww thanks so much everyone I'm very grateful for all your help , I will write done what I desire but I'm afraid that when I let go , I just go about my day forgetting about my desire and therefore nothing comes true! For example, my ultimate dream is to grow taller !! I'm 5 ft 3 and would love to be 5 ft 8 ! This would give me the confidence in all that I want to do ! I've done stretching and have attempted to use the LOA in the past few weeks to help me. But nothing has happened, I'm not sure where I'm going wrong? Is it possible to achieve this?

Thanks for all your help I'm very grateful for all your posts ! I'm just afraid that when I let go and go about my day forgetting about it then nothing will happen, because I'm not doing anything. For example, its my ultimate dream to grow taller, I am 5ft 3 inches and would love to be 5ft 8, this would give me so much confidence. I did stretching for many months, but seen no results and so I turned to LOA for help. Is it possible to achieve this?

Hey lovetheangels! Okay I understand your fear. But the truth is, for the Universe to register your desire, its enough if you ask even just once with feelings. Since your desire is to attract growing taller, all you need to do is imagine yourself being tall, feeling confident and great, and forget it! By forgetting, you'll not stop manifestation because since you have already asked, it will definitely be given. Instead by thinking over and over again, you may start worrying about when you'll see the results or how you'll be able to grow taller. These thoughts will block your manifestation. By forgetting, you will not have any of these negative thoughts to go about blocking your manifestation and since your desire is already being manifested from the moment you asked, you'll get to see the results also faster. Forgetting your desire doesn't stop the manifestation as long as you have asked for your desire with feelings. This is my opinion based on my experience

Thankyou ! Its all starting to make much more sense, I just have to trust that I will grow taller ? Is this correct ? I decided a long time ago that I wanted to be tall, and then I suppose the worry of this not happening is what has been blocking my manifestation?
