HELP ME! How do i ''detach'' when i see him and want him EVERYDAY?

We work together, and this is just unnatural. Its not like i don't see him daily, or that i need to rely on ''chance'' meetings or a surprise text or email...HE IS WITH ME AT WORK ALL DAY!

I mean i'll see him, i'll want him...i am sad for me...for him, i am sad FOR US

He seems so upset, yet tries to (at times) be close to me and at other times can't handle seeing me and hides...what do i do? He has anxiety, and its 100 times worse around me!!!!!

How do you detach when the person you are longing for is in your face everyday and can't handle it?

And even when i can avoid him..i don't..i try to stop myself but i can't.


What can i do??? I really need help please! I thought i had a handle on this, i really did. I was feeling so good, i don't know what has happened to me?


I really felt so good this week; i journaled all the things i am grateful for, continued ''feeling'' positive thoughts when looking at my vision board, envisioned Mark & i and our future together, i sent him warm thoughts of love & healing (a few times)..i even did the ''erotic'' feelings thing--forgot what its called--for 3 nights--i even felt myself ''detaching''  these last few days and now today i am just a mess and at a complete loss!

The only peace of advice I can think of is to forgive him in your heart for acting in such a way that affects you negatively.  Tell yourself over and over "I forgive him, I forgive him, I forgive him".  Forgive yourself for wanting him.  Focus on the fact EVERYTHING  happens for a reason and you ALWAYS get what you want.

Forgiveness is the most powerful thing we can do to get what we want.

Have you ever thought that maybe your angst over the fact that you are not together is contributing to how he acts around you?  He may be picking up on your negative thoughts and, honestly, the desperation.

Why don't you try to project more happiness and lightness around him and see if that makes a difference in how he acts.  If you keep on focusing on how anxious he is and that it's worse with you, you're going to keep attracting that.  Visualize him acting how you want him to act around you.

Have you considered getting a different job? I'm serious...you could manifest another job, somewhere else, and then you don't have to see him all the time, just when you want. You could even manifest a better job than you have now; one with free coffee & cake and a pay-raise
