Heightproblem - need help with the law!

Hello. for the past two months I have been very depressed about my height, which is 166 cm (~5,5). But today I came across "The Secret" - Law of attraction. So I learned that if I mentally believe I will grow my body will find a way physically to make it happen. In other words, I have to attract the fact that I will grow. My dream height is 1.80m (5,11).

I'm a 16 years old boy and I have always been short, and awlays when I see a tall guy I think to myself "I wonder how happy he is, he shouldn't have any problems in life, cause he is tall!". I see height as a blessing and I consider height as a sign of leadership, power and confidence. And I would be so happy if I grew taller. And when I say happy, I mean HAPPY (eternal pride).
However, I need som further feedback and help with applying the law of attraction. Cause It isn't that easy to apply it since I might think of the opposite in my unconscious.

And also, I go the the gym on a regular basis and almost everytime someone tells me that I'm not gonna grow taller if I lift weights. That makes the whole thing much more complicated, cause they inflict my mind with the opposite thought.

You might also consider getting one of them Adam's Family Uncle Fester Spanish Inquisition stretching torture racks from Ebay. If you don't have anyone to turn the wheel on the rack to stretch you get the self-turning model

Seriously, for some reason I feel the best way for you to Intend growing in height is to meditate and 'see' yourself growing taller while hanging from a chin-up bar with your feet off the ground. Hang from the bar while Intending greater height for as long as you can stand it. Relax as much as you can while doing each set of this exercise.

That's the best I can think of right now except for maybe doing this exercise while using gravity boots to hang upside down from a chin-up bar.

Actually, I use that method now and then. And also, it has pretty much the same effect as sleeping since your spine gets divided either way.

I have told my brother about this problem, and he is very spiritual. He said something about "you have to communicate with your soul, the soul is your higher self" And I said, what do you mean by that. He said "you have to convince yourself that you are gonna grow and remove the negative thoughts".

So in order to convince my soul I have to meditate and rely on it. Then again, there are too many distractions that will disturb. So I have to find a positive and calm place in the nature to perform a meditation.
But one thing that really concerns me is that I might think of the opposite (negative) thought in my unconscious - I mean, its very hard to control your mind, it requires a lot of concentration and it's very hard to develop.

The more difficult you are certain it will be the more difficult the Universe will make it for the Universe will take that as your wish.

There is a big difference between doing something once and a while and doing it regularly with the Intent to improve.

I'm inspired to say that as long as you are certain you are too short the Universe is going to take that to mean you want to be too short. If you're consistently thinking "Too short, too short" it makes sense that the Universe will take that as a wish to be too short.

Go to Google images and look at photos of midgets and compare yourself to them. Are you really too short? Would the midgets see you as very tall?

It's all a matter of perspective.

Face reality. In a room full of midgets chances are you'd be the tallest guy there!

Honestly, stand in front of a mirror, close your eyes then imagine you are a midget. Really convince yourself you are a midget then open your eyes and see a miracle! You have been transformed!!! You are actually SO VERY TALL!!!!

YOU SHOULD BE CONTINUALLY GIVING THANKS FOR HOW TALL YOU ARE BECAUSE...YOU VERY WELL COULD HAVE BEEN BORN A MIDGET!!

First off, we are NOT trying to get her banned, secondly, we are also not the ONLY ones that have taken issue with her attitude or negativity in her other post. 

So that is all I am saying on the subject.

Hi,

First of all, don't worry about your height, I have a friend who is about 163cm and have no problem in life (with girls, friends, job, sport, etc...). So don't worry too much about your height, there're even worse things in life than being short. Love yourself, that's the best message you can send to your body.

Secondly, you are only 16 years old therefore :
1) you're gonna grow a bit more naturally (it can be 2 cm or 10 cm)
2) you can improve and enhance you're growth with diet, sport, complement, stretching

I've grown almost 6 cm since my 16 years old!

And finally, Angel_Star is a member here who grown 6 inches taller in 3 month!
Isn't it crazy!  Everything with the law of attraction is possible as long as you believe you can do it!

By the way, I'm looking for growing taller me too, I'm 179,5cm and I wanna be 185cm.
