When I learned about LOA and that "thoughts become things" sink in me, I now learn how to deal with negative thoughts for the fear that things that I don't want will manifest
Whenever negative thoughts come in, I then ask myself of the questions in Sedona Method, and will then look for the positive side of things, acknowledge the negative thoughts and then let it go. I then started smiling, shifting my negative thoughts to positive
