Can one use the law of attraction to increase their partner's height?
I really,really like my boyfriend!But I've always wanted a guy who was 5'9" at least!(No,this desire has got nothing to do with my own insecurities or anything.I like tall guys,that's it!) and my guy isn't..So is there any way I could use the Law of Attraction to increase his height?I don't want to make him feel insecure about himself..so I was wondering if there was something,I could do about it!
Also,one might suggest I should try attracting some other guy who fulfills each and every criterion..But the thing is,I want this guy only!He really is such a sweetheart!! And apart from the height thing(he's not that short anyway) he's perfect
In fact I would be willing to work out more often and get in shape if that's what he prefers(and I wouldn't call this attitude as "not being myself")
So it's not like I'm just finding faults in him..I'm willing to work on mine too..I just wish he were 5'9"!!Is that such a bad thing?

I don't think it's bad to want to be with someone who is a particular height. But I am a bit confused as to why you're concerned about this now. If height is a dealbreaker, then why get involved with the person in the first place?

Anyway, as for increasing his height. Well, thing is, you can't really manifest things for people unless it's something they already want. Like if your friend wanted a promotion and you sent out the intention that they got promoted...awesome. It'll help. But if they like their job and you want them to be promoted...eh. Not going to work out so nicely.

Yes, as Tereza says he has to want that for himself. If you are putting out the intention for a partner who is taller, it's possible you will drive this partner away to allow for a taller version, so my question is.. is it worth it?
Would you end the relationship over it? and if not then maybe just be happy with all the wonderful things that you like about him.

FlickeringFlame - I understand since I like tall guys too lol.  But I wouldn't go out with a short guy to begin with since I know I'm not attracted to them.  Can I ask why you are focusing on this one "flaw"?  And maybe focusing on your own imperfections would help - for example, getting in shape anyways because it's something  you want to do and he'll just end up being more attracted to you.  Which might in return make you look at him as "taller" in terms of how he carries himself, the way he dresses, emotionally, etc.

Eh...I'm extremely biased on this as I don't believe money should be loaned to friends, family or loved ones. Either you give it or you don't. As for getting the money back, I've found that I don't care how I get the money as long as I have it when I need it. But I would assume that you can manifest it back from a specific person, just like you can attract a specific person.

You can if they want to be with you, most of the time people leave but a part of them still wants to be with that person in some way. I still care about people i dated years ago, but i mean for them to come back there has to be some changes to the situation for it to happen. So in regards to that , if the person doesnt want to come back ever then you really dont have much of a chance. But like i said if you can change the things that brought the breakup in the first place you increase the chance they come back.

To be honest, I also don't belive that you can have anyone you want. I believe you can have the relationship you want with someone who has all the attributes you want, and the Universe will line all that up for you, if you'll let it. But I don't believe we can claim people like they are inanimate objects who don't have a will of their own. We all have own wills and desires. Sometimes they match up with others and sometimes they don't. I'm not trying to be a party pooper (that one's for you Stefzilla! x) but I see so much anguish from people who are trying to attract a certain person and  just feel so sad that we tie ourselves in knots this way.

That's my opinion of course. I have to say though the most unhappiness I read about in this forum is when people are trying to get someone inparticuluar (including myself, but I have now given up on men altogether, because I was tired of feeling sad about it!!)

We should all deside to be happy, and just trust the Universe will give you more things to be happy about in your experience.

I am afraid you might be opening up yourself to losing this guy... In the sense that, you maybe sending out vibrations of not being perfectly happy... And Universe might catch it to find someone better... As they say, be careful what you wish for!!!

It is so hard to find a caring man... You can see so many wonderful girls pining here in the forum... You are in such a beatiful place now with a sweetheart as you say.

Try to imagine what your life will be without him... If you really care with time the height will not matter...

Yeah. Sometimes I have to take a break from the forum because it's just upsetting and frustrating.

It's a bit unfortunate that most of the posts in the relationship forum are about the struggle. It's very rare to hear about the progress and see how things move forward. Most of the success stories have gaps and the closest thing to a full record of progression is Katie's story. But even she reached a point where she stopped talking about what was going on and then things improved.

I think that's part of the process...keeping quiet. The person grieves, throws their energy and focus all over the place and then they get quiet and start gathering the energy back to themselves while being protective of it. Maybe they're not all aware of what they're doing...I can think of a few people who just found a new thing to direct their thoughts such as on their children or school, but it seems they've found peace with the situation and decided to stop questioning things and stop being upset about it. But still, they were gathering their energy back and that allowed the relationship to finally manifest.
