Pack it in, don't tell yourself you look like *****! How do you think others see you? I think you already have your answer. So how do you want to look instead?

OK, so you have many things you want to change. GREAT! By the sounds of it in your post it isn't going to be the quickest and easiest thing for you as things currently stand, that's OK.
But, what do you want? You've listed all this "bad" stuff. How do you want your life to be instead?
Mother - any other friends or family? If not no worries, this is all just requiring growth from you. As you change things around you change.
Start imaging people will and do talk to you, even if it is only pretend at first in your head. You have to see everything you want there first anyway.
1.Write down all your goals. In the positive, present tense. They must be the end result and of what you want and not what you don't want. I have, I am, I feel, I easily....
They have to be your goals and not goals for your mother and others etc.
2.Get a vision board going. Visualise your end results - eat, sleep and breath them.

What today and each day can you do towards your own goals? Put a pair of trainers on and go for a run. Read all the uplifting books you can, watch inspiring movies. Find people who have been in your position and succeeded. Copy them, email them. Change is possible, if you want it.
Yes, you may go forward and then take a step back, it happens as you change and things around you change that is OK.
You've reached a point where you think you can change. The rest is up to you. Once you start getting serious and deciding (comes from the Latin meaning to cut off). The universe will OK, lets rock.
