Beginner looking for help

I have known about law of attraction for many years and i always say to myself that I'm gonna start using it soon, now i feel the need to use it as my time in education is going to finish and i have big plans that i want to achieve shortly after this.

I want to know what i can do or read to help myself manifest what i want. I have written a gratitude list which has been a while so i may rewrite one and read over the old one, i am looking to make a vision board also. I am currently using SB which helped me with my weight loss and will be using it for plenty of other things i want to manifest.

Before i do any of that stuff should i meditate?

I have a very scattered mind so i can't visualise something that i want to perfection without me thinking about something stupid and it appearing in my visualization, therefore counteracting my thought process which will not help me to gain anything i truly want. I have started meditating which i heard will help me with this and help clear my mind, is it best to practice for a certain amount of time each day or should i gradually build the amount of time i spend meditating?

Also how do i get into alpha state? Through the guided meditation that i am currently using?

Lastly i want/need to learn a language fluently, would LOA help me do this?

Hi Singh,

I believe you can do the gratitude list, vision board exercise, and meditation every day. They are all good Law of Attraction practices. I do them all every day myself, along with some other practices.

In regards to gratitude, I would suggest that you write down 5 things that are you are grateful for every day, to keep yourself in a good vibration.

This is what I do for my own meditation exercise:  Put on some comfortable clothes, close my eyes, and breath deeply for 15 minutes. (I use my cell phone for alarm.) When you meditate, you can either think of nothing or think of one thing only.

In regards to your last question, I would say the Law of Attraction can work for anything, including learning a language. You might want to picture yourself already accomplishing your goal, or being fluent in your chosen language. Think about that EVERY DAY. If you can hold it in your mind - and preferably get emotionally involved with it too - you can manifest it into reality.

hi,

the law of attraction works=    thoughts x emotion

#1 do what ever it takes to feel as gooooood as possible, x  #2 think about what you want x #3 do it all the time, or most of the time

i tell you IT DOES WORK, this is not me telling but the lessons i learned from the experts that has been applying the tecniques for more than 30 ,40 , 50 years!!!

what also works very well, is writing down EVERYDAY how you want your life to be in a present and positive.  BECAUSE WHEN YOU WRITE YOU ARE USING A LOT OF MUSCLES THAT THE BRAIN IS RESPONSIBLE FOR, THOUGH YOUR BRAIN IS TRANSMITTING THE MESSAGE MORE EFFECTIVELY,

do this for at least 30 days feeling as good as you can, MAGIC HAPPENS!!!!!!

and try to learn as more as possible about these laws..cause that keeps you focused and motivated
