Hey All
I have one more success story to post in here.Actually two

From past 4-5 days I wanted to buy a saree (A traditional Indian Outfit) and I been looking for it all over at my hometown so yesterday was the last day I was at my hometown and I was sad I could not get one..but I started affirming I am a beautiful saree

and I got it in one of place I had checked two days back.It is not at all the saree I wanted It is much more better than that.Also while I was sitting at this place my mum liked an outfit which someone else was buying and the outlet did had only a single piece of it..He showed us so many options but my mum really liked that one..I told to my mum that she will nt purchase it and we will get that confidently.I started affirming..I am that black suit...and like I expected she didnt buy it last moment and we purchased it

Regarding that beauty thing..It has worked for me as well.I had this hair fall problem.I started affirming I am long curly beautiful and healthy hairs..to my surprise now after 3-4 days not a single of my hair breaks

Infact I am getting compliments from so many people these days.Infact my guy also has curly hairs so my friends even say that my kids be gonna so cute fair with curly hairs

Lidija: There are absolutely no rules to say these affirmations. Tell them anytime, anywhere, anyhow (loudly or in mind) and for however long you want to. You do not necessarily have to keep a fixed timing for them. Just say them whenever you feel like. It could be when you are going about your routine chores, bathing, dressing up, etc. The idea is to FEEL the warmth of these affirmations. Once you get the hang of it, you'll see great results immediately. For me, it started producing great results from the very next day

Abhi: Good luck with the affirmations. Remember, weather or climatic changes can affect you only if you let them affect you! So take that thought out of your mind that you are in a different climate and it'll be stressful. Instead enjoy the change and novelty. Keep saying 'I am radiant skin' 'I am healthy skin' etc. And your skin will not glow in 'coming days'. Your skin is glowing 'right now'

Bal: Saree and all? Your wedding preparations eh?

Congratulations on your sweet manifestations. And you reminded me that I got to affirm for my hair as well

Hey Angelstar..
No this is not for my wedding..its fr my cousion's and friend's upcoming weddings

But yes its a beautiful saree so I dont mind wearing it after my wedding (Common On my wedding I will have so many more options

)

I agree with Angelstar..There are no specific rules of doing these affirmations.Just say them over and over again till you start flowing with them.For me too they have yielded results very fast..sometimes within seconds.The key is to feel powerful while saying these.Whenever I am doing my I am affirmations,I feel very powerful :)Do it for as long as you want.I sometimes keep chanting them for hours,sometimes its only once..Just let it come from within!

@Bal - so finally u gto the saree of ur dreams..hehehe.

You know what, I was sugffering from some viral fever infection(for about a month and a half) which got to the extent of a body rash...very bad looking one.I was irritated as i had to take a lot of allergants and felt sleepy and blahhh...
but i affirmed just 2 or three time...Iam healing, Iam health, I am recovery.The next day onwards my rash started to heal and the skin has started to get back to normal .

.Well I a manifest a lot of such things, I will surely now post them too

Love you all.Just had a question , do u guys write ur "I am " affirmations too, just like te gratitude journal ? I know feeling associated
witht the affirmations is the most important thing, but just to know, do u guys write them down?

Also, I am feeling good and empowered today , I had to take myself out of the slouch since the last 2 days.Life is beautiful.

Wow Sneha! Its so miraculous

And I am very glad that I could be of some help. I usually just say my affirmations in my mind. Just once, when I was feeling absolutely low, I wrote down all these affirmations in a piece of paper. Most of the times just repeating in mind is good enough for me. But sometimes if I feel my mind isn't as relaxed as it should be, then I write it down because when mind can't focus on its own (if mind is very distracted), writing helps in focusing. This is my opinion

Sneha .. Out of all things..this one has been the easiest and most effective way for me to manifest my desires

Gratitude statements though I think must Be done by all.I feel its a form of Prayer which helps me feel connected to the Universe.Sneha just be creative and dont restrrict yourself with the method.Write it down or affirm it in the mind..Paint it if you want..get a tatoo(I am seriously thinking this one)..or sing it with the tune of any of your fav sngs..I very often do this.It does nt makes the process mundane and I enjoy it too:)

I just started the "I am" affirmations as well, and it is just so amazing that even I wear shabby clothes, a day will not pass without a "you are so beautiful" compliment

Thank you Angel_star, what you shared become something good for all of us! Hmmmm it did work on me that I use it once a day only, but now...I will use this as many times as I can all day long, everyday

hey all
I have one more success story to post..
I am one of those kinds who are blessed with great physique and no matter how much I eat,I still stay Lean

I will not go into details of my diet else many of you will faint

Anyways but I still had this little problem only at my belly area..it was not very flat.Some days back I started affirming I am Great belly.I am great physique.I am perfect bulit.I am perfect weight.I am perfect body.I am great body..and so on and then I just forgot about it.
Today I wore a very old skirt and I noticed that my belly has actually become perfect..lean and perfect.No extra fat..its just great!!

I am so happy as I have to wear a saree in some days and its the perfect timing of my manifestation

I just love I AM affirmations
