SHOULD I VISUALIZE THAT I HAVE A JOB IN WHICH I HAVE A GREAT INCOME AND I AM SATISFIED AND HAPPY WITH MY JOB

OR SHOULD I BE SPECIFIC WITH THAT : I WANT TO WORK FROM HOME AND ALL THAT WHAT I WANT ABOVE

SHOULD WE DECIDE OR LET UNIVERSE DECIDE WHAT IS BETTER JOB FOR US

My advice is-  be specific on what you want, start by making  list of the things you want in this job - the place, the income, the shift.... and it will arrange by itself - the Universe will bring you what you need and what you asked for with some extra stuff which you'll be greatfull for...

I'd say be as specific as possible. You can always change it later.  Nothing is ever set in stone.

I'd answer one simple question.

What is important to you in a job/career and why. List all the things until you start repeating yourself.

Any I don't wants...completely change to the opposite.

For me you decide what you want, the universe does the 'how it's going to come to you'.

If you say dear universe I want a new job with X amount $£. The universe will deliver.  The problem is you might not like the job.  Yet, the universe has done exactly what you have asked for.

Any doubts, fears, worries and panics, I'd EFT away.

Create vision board, journal etc. So that you can begin seeing your final OUTCOME.  You and the universe will deliver it together.

What can you do today, to help you get your new job?  The more you do, the more the universe will help you.

Remember you can always add, this or something better to anything that you do.

Even I am the in the process of attraction  specific company, i had worked there few year back and wish to get back again. I am written down what all i want now and i am very very specific Mathew would you suggest anything else.As per some one's thought here even i have kept my resignation letter ready to be submitted soon:).

Aim small miss small,

The smaller a target that you create for yourself, the better your aim will be.

When you focus your energies on a large target, it is hard to hit the bullseye, that is to say it is difficult to get precisely what you want.
