Anxiety after I visualize, any suggestions?

I've been doing visualization lately, i shoot for 3 times a day where i sit for 20 min, start off with breathing meditation to clear my mind, then I visualize what I want. I've been focusing on success, creativity, and abundance. I'm a music composer and i visualize music flowing from me easily and sounding amazing, and the success that comes as a result of that (financial, recognition, opportunities, etc). After I visualize, I go back into my 'normal life', I feel anxious as my old though patterns creep back in. I feel like I have to keep up the energy that I felt during the visualization all day, and if I falter then it won't manifest. Perhaps the answer lies in detachment. I'm not sure how to properly detach i suppose. What should I be doing in my non-visualization hours?

It sounds like you have some limiting beliefs around your career and talent.  I would suggest exploring the different methods of removing those beliefes - EFT, ho'ponono (sp?), Reiki, etc.  Unless you clear those beliefs, you're not going to be in alignment with your desire.

this happens many times to me as well, i can assure you that whenever you begin to see something happening thanks to your visualization your belief gets up, it is the matter of belief.

if you feel not that good, it means that in that moment you dont really believe you can get it, you are probably looking at the how the things could work,

i usually think it this way "..even if what i am trying to attract, i am fine, it is ok anyway.. " little by little you get detached, and when the things finally begin to grow, you have a boost in your belief system ;)

dont give a time limit on what you are trying to attract, the universe knows better when and how to bring it to your experience..

have a great time applying the law 8)

This is perfectly normal and whilst it doesn't feel great, it's a really good sign that things are happening for you.  Throughout our lives we build up so many beliefs and when we try to reprogram our beliefs through things like visualizations we cause conflict in our subconscious mind.  The feelings of anxiety are because your beliefs are now moving from negative to positive.  This is really good news for you.  Stick with it.  Also try some affirmations and look at EFT to help you release resistance.  Go to youtube and type in Brad Yates and you will find loads of free EFT session which you can follow along with.  They are really powerful and I'm sure this will help you move past this stage.
