A PRACTICED FOR AGES THAT WORKS PERFECTLY

As a student of Law of attraction for a year now, I believed that visualization is very important to achieve our desires. It’s important to see and feel what we want and that is through visualization.  To majorly visualize our desire we need to focus, but how can we focus if our mind is cluttered by negative unhealthy thoughts? So hard, I can truly say that, we can become lost and that lost feeling will turn into boring feeling that can lead us to stop and loose hope.

So to achieve focus we need to meditate. Mediation is the answer.

Meditation has been practiced for thousands of years ago for relaxation and stress reduction. It is considered as mind-body balancing medicine which is very effective according to practitioners. When meditating, you focus your thought and abolish the stream of cluttered feelings that’s running on your mind that causes pressure, tension and worries. A person that meditates would gain Peace of mind. Peace of mind would be the end product. Once you have the peace of mind, then it would be easy to identify your desire, the desire is truly genuine because it comes from our heart and clear mind.
So meditation =perfect visualization

  • hainguyen99: My thinking today :D here it is: emotionally detached = emotional detachment = detachment of emotion => I am not affected emotionally by the stuffs (desires) => my desires don’t have power to control my feelings => they just come by LoA and don’t have any power to control my feelings. In fact, they’re controlled BY MY FEELINGS and the LAW. They can’t say “no” to me.
