Persian Kitty, thanks for your posts - sorry I didn't reply before. I'm sure your exhibition will be a great success. You asked about the Silva Method. I suggest you leave the Ultra Mind part of the course and concentrate on the basics. Do all the exercises and try to understand why they are in there. Essentially, it's all about training your mind - don't run before you can walk. The Basics are enough for you to be able to manifest your desire. What will stop you, if anything, will be any past negative "programming" from parents, teachers, peers, etc. But you do sound positive, so enjoy the exhibition and just take time to visualise it being a huge success. Use the "Mirror of the Mind" technique if you have practised it - if not, just sit quietly and visualise a successful exhibition.

OK, this is exciting. I had email today from My Honey who most of my past trips to the EU have been with over the years. He was feeling sentimental about the trips and reminding me about special times.... Ok - I can not wait to go again!!

Hi guys.. hope all are doing good wherever u are.. i thought of making my personal goal in attracting the guy im in love with who ignored me in the past.. but we are good friends till today.. i guess u people do remember my last issue with him in which i think i hurted him unknowingly.. ( http://www.powerlawofattraction.com/forum/6/feeling-worried-and-confused/ )i asked for apology from him and he too accepted it and said never mind about that issue.. but its been weeks since he pinged me.. i know he isn't that busy and i see him online everyday morning and evening but its like he never tend to ping me once.. im really feeling down about this.. i thought i've gotten strong and LET GO of him but for the past two days this is disturbing my mind and i keep crying as of what did i do wrongly.. also im scared to initiate the contact coz if he doesn't reply me it'll be much more hurting.. please help me out guys.. im really struck in this..

Have you try RMS ? i find RMS works like a charm to fulfill our self with self love and sending nothing but positive energy to the one that we love. If i may say, RMS really works on my relationship with my man.. ever since i send RMS on him, things are slowly change

if you want, you should read the book first to understand and believe how it works

Approach your desire from a peaceful and happy place rather than from an anxious and doubtful one. I am sure the boy you love will respond to your feelings. Edge, thanks for your advice, I am doing the exercises. This may sound strange but while I am doing them I have this urge to open my eyes and it says that if you do you have to start again. Perhaps its some kind of resistance? However when I do the Abraham Vortex meditations I tend to fall in and out of sleep!

I have started writing my affirmations, and what I am grateful for.

Persian Kitty,
It's not unusual for you to want to open your eyes at the beginning. You will soon get used to sitting with your eyes shut.
Make sure you are not anxious about being disturbed. Lock the doors if you want, so no-one can come in and disturb you!

Also, make sure you start by looking slightly upwards and keep your eyes in that position while you close them.
Finally, once you have closed your eyes remind yourself that any noise you hear will only serve to send you 'deeper'.

It sounds like you're waiting for him to contact you, so you're attracting more waiting. Instead of being online waiting for him, go do other things. Go online when you feel like it, not because you're waiting to hear from him.
